About M! I am diagnosed with PTSD, Anxiety, and Generalized Adjustment disorder. I am a survivor of childhood abuse in a few forms but was diagnosed with PTSD as an adult within the last year. About this blog! I made this blog because I was vague scrolling on some of the really depressing ass tags and almost reposted something my roommate would 1000% percent ask me about. So this is my mental illness vague-posting tumblr account where I can complain and scream into the void. I am called Pavlovs-Favorite because Pavlov's dogs were trained to react a certain way to certain sounds, and as a traumatized person I really see myself in that analogy. My brain is trained to recognize certain things as danger, and I react accordingly-- like an obedient dog. Get it? About my mental health/illness journey! When I hit puberty around 11/12 years old, it really hit me that nobody was coming to save me. I got very depressed, and began self harming and attempted suicide multiple times from 12-18. After several years of adulthood and working, I have gotten my own car, and moved out into a rental house with two friends. I have very lovely orange cat. Although I had been clean for 5ish years, I relapsed earlier this year during a really terrible low. Recently, I relapsed again, right around when I made this new blog. I do not answer private messages 99% of the time. Sorry!
