Hi, my name is Kaz! I am 19 and neurodivergent. I am a transmasc nonbinary lesbian, and go by They/It/He pronouns. I am a lesbian, and taken by my lover Theodore.

I am a beginner eclectic divination witch. I currently am studying and practicing oracle and tarot cards, and will soon practice tasseomancy (tea/coffee reading). I am open to other practices and will learn about them soonish. I’m going at my own pace!

I work with Tyr and have a relationship with him; he is of the Norse Pantheon. I am polytheistic, and open to working with deities.

I personally practice self praise worship and devotion for mind body and spirit- I come first. I will work with deities and give them thanks, but they are not the god of me. This is my faith. I owe them nothing, they owe me nothing: Mutual relationship and respect.

Mabon Fall Harvest Tarot Spread

A tarot spread made for a challenger prompt from the Grimoire Project discord!

The challenge was to create (and use, thought that will have to wait until tomorrow) a tarot spread centered around Mabon.

Since it is a harvest festival, I came up with the idea to make a spread outlining your personal ‘harvest’, in the form of the outcomes and affects on your life of a change or choice you have or will make.

Below is the spread itself, as well as the explanation of what each card signifies!

⛤Mabon Celebration, Correspondences and Affirmations⛤

⛤How to celebrate:

Collect autumn leaves for your altar and home

Put apple cider and apple on your altar

Bake fresh bread

Go on nature walk, focusing on renewal

Light white and black candles

Celebrate with harvest foods

Decorate for the harvest

Do a gratitude practice

⛤Mabon divination:

Read Tarot Cards, especially if they are Autumn or Mabon themed

Read Oracle Cards, Autumn or Mabon themed

Osteomancy: throw the bones or throw charms. 

Oneiromancy: pay attention to, record and interpret your dreams. 

You’ll notice from Mabon on until Winter, your dreams will become more frequent and more vivid as we head into a season when the night grows longer.

Bobbing for apples: add symbols to the bottoms of the apples and each symbol means something to the player who pulls it out of the water

Sapphire, lapis lazuli and yellow agates.

Making wine, gathering dried herbs, plants, seeds and pods, walking in the woods, scattering offerings in harvested fields, offering libations to trees, adorning burial places with leaves, acorns and pine cones to honor those who have passed .

⛤Spells of Mabon:

 protection, prosperity, security and self-confidence. Even those of harmony and balance.

⛤Divinity of Mabon:

Goddesses of Modron, Morgan, Epona, Persephone, Pamona and the Muses.

Gods of Mabon, Thoth, Thor, Hermes and The Green Man.

Putting Things Under Your pillow

By putting certain things underneath your pillow, you will allow those metaphysical properties to interact with your dreams and being throughout the night when you sleep upon that pillow. Here is a small list of constructs you can put underneath your pillow that will provide you with specific kna, minds states, and physical stimuli throughout the night based on what they are:

Lapis lazuli is placed under your pillow for awareness of your dreams and the vividness of those dreams.

Clear quartz to wake up with more kna after you awake from your sleep.

Bayleaf to have more prophetic dreams.

Chamomile to promote relaxation and good dreams.

Rose petals to bring love into your waking life.

Peppermint to promote relaxation and vivid dreams.

Lavender to promote calm and for you to sleep well.

Anise to prevent nightmares.

Rosemary to prevent nightmares and to bring deep sleep.

Garlic to promote good sleep.

You can put a blade of grass or a leaf underneath your pillow to promote growth and change in your waking life.

Money for wealth and prosperity in your waking life.

A Picture of someone to connect with them better.

A name of someone to connect with them better.

You can put all manner of sigils underneath your pillow to get the effect of that Sigil into your dreams and waking life.
