He would have waited for her. He was in love with her. He wanted her to stay. It broke him to watch her go, but he didn’t fight. He didn’t part his lips. He didn’t share one thought or emotion. He allowed her to get away, and he can’t seem to let her go. Now he’s silently chasing her. She’s the one. She’s his laugh, his smile and his heartbeat. He plans to fight this time. He can’t lose her twice.

He made the mistake of thinking that she’d be forever in love with him, so he lived his life without consideration. She pulled her heart back and without even trying, she fell completely out of love with him.
