hi ! so i have decided i am going to be archiving this blog & rebooting joey on another account ! he is no longer going to be cult based ! he will still have his cult verses & other ahs verses, but emphaise will be on his own horror based lore ! elements of his character may change slightly, but not overly. he is still going to be scared closeted bisexual gay passing sunshine boy 💛 verses may be getting a bit of a tweek too.

A low whistle sounds from between his lips, followed by an ear-to-ear grin. Usually Kai wouldn’t enjoy being talked to like that, as if he didn’t have control of the situation. As if he could be told to simply back off and expected to bow at the command. The cult leader knows damn well that Joey can’t and won’t do anything to him, though. When it comes to their relationship, all if not most of the cards were in Kai’s hands.
“ Well damn, someone’s being a little bitch today. What’s wrong? Didn’t get your fucking yoga Chakra bullshit aligned right today? “ Kai sneers, although the cruel smirk remains on his lips. Despite his harshness, he rests both hands on Joey’s shoulders firmly, making sure the other can’t move away easily. “ Does it bother you knowing that I watch you? “ The question is half-genuine, but to no one’s surprise, Kai doesn’t wait for an answer before continuing to talk, “ You know, some people would say it’s noble that I make sure you’re safe. “
he always did strive to be in the best of moods. it was one of the only ways joey found his childhood bareable. you had to smile & make the best of the shitty hand you were dealt. but it was hard to always be happy, always be the caring one. & well he did always care, sometimes he was only happy because thats what was expected. joey mooney wasn’t allowed to be “sad” it wasn’t in his nature.
but there are days where he simply cannot mould himself into the person he built. sometimes he has to be glum, because he is a human being & is allowed to feel negatively just like the rest. he truly was going to just back away from kai for now, dealing with the sadistic man was not in the cards. but his words have joey immobilized. the past is coming back to haunt. it isn’t until kai touches him that joey really realizes he is afraid.
❝ get off me ❞ he simply utters, his voice wavering but joey doesn’t make a move to step back. he wants to lash out about how kai killed paul and how hypocritical the other sounded. and how joey is the one in control, this can stop whenever he wants. he can walk away anytime he likes. thats how power dynamics worked, the submissive was actually in control. but his throat goes dry, it’s filling with cotton. ❝ i don’t feel safe right now. ❞

you swallow pain & fold around it
you have always hurt. you hold it carefully, and twisted in such a way that other people don't have to see it. you don't choke on it. you don't drown. you just have it, the way some people have freckles, this is a thing that lives in your bones. you fold instead of fighting because you know how to make yourself small, tuck away the places where they have clawed at, swallow the bruises so you seem clean. nobody needs to see it. you will live through this on your own. you know what you need, and relief isn't it. this doesn't mean you cannot reach out - it means it is not in your nature to do so. you should. hiding does not mean you won't be seen.
given how this blog doesn’t get as much traffic as i would like , doubled with the fact i have more blogs opening , joey is now going to be more of a secondary blog ! just to put a label to the dip in activity.

❝ when i said i liked to be tormented kai , i didn’t mean this . ❞ its still kind of a sore spot . not that joey is allowed to make it one , all things considered . still , doesn’t mean he likes to hear over & over how kai stalked him & paul for lord knows how long before ending the laters life . everything about joeys life now was completely insane . but he liked a bit of insanity , & kai anderson knew it . ❝ we get it , you like following me . liked spying on me. still do ! can’t how many times i have found you in my damn kitchen . do you have anything productive to say ? ❞ contrary to popular belief just cause joey was a normally submissive & happy person , doesn’t mean he didn’t have his days where he didn’t want t o deal with bullshit. apparently today was one . or maybe he is testing his boundaries once again .
