The following is the interview with Mr. Lee.
What are your ambitions and goals?
Everything I do is about empowering others; hoping to touch lives and help others live a happy and purposeful life. I am driven to work and inspire young people to make a positive difference.
I don't have a 10 year plan because I feel I have the opportunity to influence change every day. I am extraordinarily grateful for what I have in life and giving back is something I have always focused on.  I find myself creatively stimulated by all things different and unique; but more importantly, I am motivated by people.
What are your hobbies and interests?
I have a serious addiction to wanderlust â an undying desire for new sights, sounds, people and food; and the only continents Iâm yet to visit are Antarctica and South America. I also enjoy outdoor activities like white river rafting, snorkelling, and hiking; though the ocean is my place of serenity.
One thing about your life, you would like to share?
I love to be involved in different things. Â I am a big believer in setting things in motion and seeing how they unfold. Itâs not about the prestige or the money that is the end goal, it is about being happy and having the chance to do what I love (or want to) and share it with people who appreciate it. I like to wake up and be excited about the day ahead and go to bed at night, being exhausted but proud about what I have achieved with a great group of people. That way, I can look back at my life and know it's been a good one.
What is your favorite quote?
"Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world; indeed, it's the only thing that ever has" - Margaret Mead
What does equality mean to you?
That all people, irrespective of sex, gender, race, age, sexual orientation, origin, caste or class, income or property, language, religion, opinions, health or different-ability are treated fairly & equally and have the same access to opportunities. More importantly, no one gets left behind.
What does World peace mean to you?
A time and place where everyone from all walks of life, is kind to one another as PEACE begins with respect and compassion.
What message do you want to share with the world in terms of peace?Being an ambassador for âWelcome to Australiaâ, I strongly believe that as a nation, we can cultivate a stronger culture of welcome. Australia is known for its diversity, compassion, generosity and commitment to give everyone a fair go. If we can lead the way, then hopefully, everyone else will follow. âLetâs be kind to one another.â
