If you want your memory or executive function to improve, stare out a window at the skyline or sidewalk or trees or birds on the electrical wires for like 20+ minutes per day. (With no other stimulation like a podcast or TV if you can manage but hey baby steps innit). If you're fortunate enough to have safe outside with any bits of nature, go stare closely at a 1 meter square of grass and trip out on the bugs and shapes of grasses and stuff.

Literally this will make you smarter. Our brains HAVE TO HAVE this zone out time to do important stuff behind the scenes. This does not happen during sleep, it's something else.

okay but the servants get me SO emotional. do you guys understand how much they love ciel? does HE understand? they stood by his side almost immediately after finding out he was FAKING HIS IDENTITY. no questions asked. they truly feel like they owe him his life (since in a way, they do). this is not about their job. they could quit. but they don't want to. i love them too much and i'm so happy they kept protecting him.

i REALLY like how softer ciel looks now compared to the start of the manga. some people argue it takes away from his character, but in my opinion, it's the opposite: his rounder facial features highlight the fact he is a child, and that does not stop us from also remembering the darkness of his character - our protagonist is so deep because he is a kid holding power and anger he shouldn't even know. almost like he's stuck in a body his mind was forced to outgrow too quick. the contrast of his looks and the reality he lives is very shocking and important.

notice how his new look doesn't keep away from showing his power or personality.

ciel can't fight how small, short and soft he is. that's one of the most beautiful things about his character.
