Silly little thing, but just an anon ask of support for you. I'm someone who has used emm dashes in my writing for YEARS online and off. Just about every fanfic I've written has them. They're a powerful syntax tool. I flatly refuse to take them out of my writing, and if people want to think it's AI, well then that's on them. Real writers shouldn't have to twist themselves into knots for the sake of others. Ever. If you like them, use them. Happy writing, friend! Look forward to more!

thank you for this anon! I do love my em dashes dearly. And you're right! I shouldn't have to rework my writing style in fear of people falsely accusing me of using AI. It's just unfortunate it's something I even had to consider. At the end of the day though, I know it's not and I think there are plenty of other give aways for AI generated writings.
