Let's get personal for a changer: Two years ago I moved from São Paulo to a small town in Germany. Very rich place; very NOT 24/7. Formerly Sunday was a day for grocery shopping, or fetching a loaf of bread on the way to a family meal.. Here, I was presented to Ruhetag - the commerce resting day. Thing is: I'm addicted to bread. But forget to stock it up before stores closes, and you're doomed with a bread-less weekend. My very worst nightmare! So it made one casual hobby turn into routine: Sunday became baking day. And it made me realized that a fresh loaf of bread on Sunday just feels like... home. :)
