Brindelton Bae is a world build collaboration project by Youtubers: Devon Bumpkin, Harrie, Gavin Sims, Penapple, XFreezerBunnyX, SimLicy & IrrelephantSims. The entire world of Brindleton Bay has been fully renovated, every empty lot is now filled with a brand new build & existing lots bulldozed to make way for new ones. That’s 16 BRAND NEW lots by some of your favourite builders.

Things you should know:

For the lots to appear as built, you will need ALL Expansion, Game, and Stuff Packs. But if you don’t mind putting in a little work yourself to replace missing items, feel free to download anyway

This save file is completely CC Free

To Install Brindleton Bae:

Make a backup of your “Save” folder (Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/Saves), just incase we do a little boo boo ;P

Download the “BrindletonBae_Save.zip” file

Unzip by double-clicking the file (this works for both mac & PC users)

Copy & paste the 2 files included into your “Save” folder (Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/Saves). I have named the file with a very high number, so that it won’t conflict with any other save files you already have. If you do by some miracle have the same file name already in your “Save” folder, simply re-number our save files to a number that doesn’t already exist.

Open up your game & from the main menu select “Load Game” & you will see “Brindleton Bae” as an option. Select this & click the “play” bottom.

Cat’s Corner

Built where Catarina Lynx’s house was in Brindleton Bay, Cat’s Corner is the place for coffee, croissants, book-shopping, surfing the internet, grabbing an ice cream cone, and conversing with the locals.

I used the Cafe venue designation because I like the variety of activities patrons usually engage in - ordering coffee and pastries, reading books, using the computers, chatting, etc. However in my playtesting, it seems they mostly just wanted to congregate around the espresso machine. XD I did see Sims use the computers, but it was rare. However, if you want Sims to venture elsewhere onto the lot for RP or story purposes, you could try deleting the espresso machine for awhile. (Although you might want to place it again before you leave, otherwise the game will consider the venue “incomplete” and you may not get any visitors at all next time.)

To install, download the ZIP file from the link below. Extract the folder and copy its contents (there should be 6 files total) into your My Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/Tray folder.

Notes:

You’ll notice three sections of missing wall when you place the lot. This is because in order to save an entire apartment the game must read it as one room. To fix this make sure bb.moveobjects is enabled, then click on a section of wall next to one of the gaps and pull the arrow across to close the space. As long as moveobjects is turned on nothing should disappear from the walls. There are two screenshots included in the download to illustrate what to do.
