I wish people just thought a little more in general about like everything? Its insane to me this goes so far as to the point that like when people become parents theyre not really thinking about it at all. What they're really okay with dealing with. you're ready to be a parent? One that actually tries for their kid and doesn't make their existence their own problem? One that doesn't severely abuse or neglect them in any way. Do you plan on raising the kid(s) with a group of people or will the primary care be between you and perchance one other person and potentially grandparents because with the situations and isolation late stage capitalism further pushes people into it will most likely only be 2 people tending to the aid of one and more children. Are you ready to stay up for days on end for your child while maintaining and regulating your emotions and being functional? Are you ready to work a job to sustain the child return home and then have to be present and available to spend thr most of your time with them if they require it emotionally? Are you okay with it if your child learns things differently or struggles to learn at all or isnt some perfect angel and instead commits intentionally disruptive and potentially hurtful actions because they may learn they can gain something from it or as a new growing consciousness are curious about how making actions not seen as "positive" may change things? Are you ready to deal with the physical and medical care you will need to be doinf to make to sure your kid doesnt hurt themselves and also communicates what they go through physically and socially and also make sure to take them to the doctor even when you're in extreme pain. Are you ready to take the fall and starve for potentially months at a time if hard economic times come and you only have the money for one. Are you ready to lose the vast majority of all your alone time or one on one time with your partner? Always okay and ready to include a child. Always advocating fir them no matter what they coukd possibly turn out to need. What about the bills stacking up from dealing with anothe person or the money you will spend on enrichment, entertainment and more for them. Are you emotionally ready to be open and educate your child on how the world works and how feelings work and what us bad and good for them constantly. Are you ready toppl hhhhhhhhhhhhhhhĥpo care about their passions even if they are mind numbingly boring to you usually? What about if they're disabled, mentally physically both theres countless things that could happen. Are you okay if your child randomly inexplicably develops cancer and dies or would that destroy you beyond repair. Are you okay with caring for a human missing potential limbs if they were just born without them or if they cant physically eat normally or cant walk or move or cant live a normal life at all if there is no point where they become more independent.ŵaß are you okay with all of that? Are you okay if you have ti move for the sake of your childs happiness to somewhwre you rather not? Are you okay with all of that and even more? Because god dude you have to be. There's so much more i coukd mention too. Pleaee think about shit man
