*proceeds to try having sex after struggling to open up, following a high school rape*

"You don't trust me is why you can't have sex with me after your traumatic sexual assault."

*proceeds to lose interest in crush she's attempting to regain comfortability in sex for*

*MCs proceed to fall in love*
