I’m Faye, chaotic writer who somehow spends more time complaining about writing than actually getting any done (currently sitting on 30 unfinished projects, don’t judge me). I’m in my early 20s, when I'm not dodging work, you’ll find me buried in MM or bxb books because... well, love is love, right?

This blog is where I ramble about my favorite characters, my latest obsessions, and maybe just maybe...get some writing done.

Writing is raw.

It’s not just typing words. It’s digging into the parts of yourself you don’t always let the world see. It’s reaching deep and pulling out something fragile, something real, and trying to shape it into a story, a sentence, a scene that makes sense. That feels.

Writing a fanfic sometimes feels like having a plan...only for that plan to magically transform into a slice of cake. Now you have to bake the rest of the cake because you can't just serve a single slice whilst random cake slices of unidentified origin rain down from the sky tempting you like some kind of cake demon.

Writing is like a hard video game level

You’re bitching and screaming at the screen as you try and fail to make progress

But when someone concernedly suggests you take a break?

“Oh no, it’s fun and relaxing!”

Nobody talks about the emotional whiplash of writing a scene where two characters fall in love...

right after killing one of their best friends in the previous chapter.
