alright, truth time guys. i’m so sorry that i said i was coming back and then ended up leaving again. what i realized while being away is that i honestly can’t juggle several roleplay blogs and be active on all of them. even more than one. i’ll never delete this blog, no way, but consider this a semi-hiatus of sorts. actually, a hiatus, but i’ll come back now and then. my activity on this blog is going to be very sporadic, but i’ll keep on checking for replies and message now and then to keep up.

                   There was nothing that could’ve prepared her for this day. Snow Flower had left her old life, expecting to see none of the familiar faces that she knew ever again. However, today, she had seen the familiar emblems on carriages and palanquin alike. She’d heard the murmurs of visiting nobles from a land far away. It couldn’t have been her eldest brother. Perhaps her uncle? Second or third brother? She was both dying to know and dying to slip into the shadows, never to show her face again. With a sigh, Snow Flower decided to do the latter and it brought her to sit outside of the tavern she usually performed in. Liuqin in her lap, her fingers strung out a few notes to a song she couldn’t remember the name to. Yet another thing of the past.

Face sullen, her fingers paused over the strings before settling on staying still. Footsteps caught her attention and the young woman’s head turned to see another familiar face. One that, thankfully, wasn’t from her past. ❝ Lord Sun Quan, it’s nice to see you again. ❞ She greeted, a small smile already spread on her face. ❝ It’s been a while, hasn’t it? ❞
