I do think Langdon and Santos are very similar and don’t necessarily like the aspects of themselves they reflect back at each other but people still have a tendency to assign Santos way more power than she actually had in any of her interactions w him. As if she was purposefully manipulating him into crashing out or w/e?? It’s not her fault that Langdon was already on the edge and that she happens to get under his skin like nothing else. That crashout was eventually going to happen with or without her. Acting like their dynamic is 100% equal is just literally unsupported by canon. He’s her boss.
Maybe I’m biased bc I’ve been in a dynamic like that and would get accused of being “just as bad” as the dude actively antagonizing me but it sucks actually to act like it’s somehow Santos’ fault that he targets her like that. Yeah, she doesn’t always make the best impression with her coworkers, but he’s the only one who literally screams at her. And her reporting on him to Robby can never be equivalent to that, bc that was her literally just doing her job and making an ethically and morally sound decision. But whatever

I've decided if people are going to call male characters babygirl then I can do it the other way around for female characters. She's my man now. That woman is my boyfriend. My boytoy even.
