Guess who’s back
“You, because no one else I know talks in third person.”
alexanderfoster:
“Wow, you sure think a lot of yourself don’t you” he teased. “Well I guess I did get some of mums brains, I’m not massively smart though” he replied, shrugging his shoulders. “Because arcades are exactly the place you want to pick someone up” he joked. “Okay, just… Warn me in future okay? I think I left my stomach behind”
“Isn’t that what people do in this world? It seems like it.” She laughed. “Hey arcade people are people too! Some of them are cute.” Peyton frowned a bit. “I’m sorry Alec, I forget these things so easily.”
alexanderfoster:
“Exactly, I’m pretty damn gorgeous. I could get a date with any girl or guy I wanted” he laughed. “Well no, but neither am I. Actually, nobody is smart compared to mum” he laughed. “That sounds amazing. I haven’t been anywhere like that in ages”
“Of course you are, your related to me.” She said with a laugh. “Ok thats true but your way smarter than me.” She smiled and took his hand. “Alright lets go then. And who knows maybe we will find some people tonight.” Peyton said before super speeding them to the place. “Oh shit I should have warned you we weren’t takin a car, I always forget.”
alexanderfoster:
“Probably, stereotypes suck though” he frowned a little. “Hey, I might still get someone before you, don’t count me out just yet” he laughed. “You’re not stupid Peyton, I bet people don’t think you are”
“Don’t worry I’m not counting you out, I’ll count you out once I get a date.” She said with a laugh. “Thanks Alec, but we all know I’m definitely not the smartest.” Peyton shrugged it off and smiled. “I have an idea, if you in. Let’s go to this game place I know off, like when we were younger and try to win enough tickets to get the biggest prize.”
alexanderfoster:
“Coffee is fabulous, I know mum agrees. Wait, but I’m the one that can control electricity, why did they think you’d shoot a dog with a lightning bolt?” he grinned. “I’ve made a few friends yeah, but no… nobody special just yet. How about you?”
She shrugged. “Not sure they probably think all of us can control electricity. A very common stereotype I will have to get used to.” Peyton smirked. “Damn, I was sure you were going to get someone before me. There are a couple people......theres not many that don’t treat me like I’m stupid, so I should probably act fast.”
alexanderfoster:
“I’ve always been pretty used to earth, I think I fit in more here” he admitted, shrugging his shoulders. “I bet I’ve missed you more.” he laughed. “It’s pretty good, nicer than I expected I think”
“Me too. I should have just asked you what coffee is, because when I asked everyone else they acted like I just shot their dog with a lightning bolt.” She said with a laugh, even though she was being completely serious. “Maybe. Either way we are here now.” Peyton said with a smile. “Good, I’m glad. Made any friends? Or met someone special?” She said with a wink, obviously teasing him.
spiritsandhexes:
“i do not—– i am not usually like this. i do not do emotions.” shaking their head, charani watched the girl carefully as she sat down. “i am glad i could have been of some assistance, then.” they paused, frown shifting to hesitance for a moment. “——i would not oppose chocolate,” they stated slowly. “does it really help?”
“I wish I didn’t do emotions, but its an excuse for chocolate, so I’m not really complaining.” She smiled and the other student. “Yes I promise you it does, so let’s go get some.” Peyton got up and offered them a hand. “I’m Peyton by the way, Peyton Foster.”
alexanderfoster:
Alec grinned when he saw his sister approaching. “It has been a long time, huh? Too long actually. I’ve been pretty good, how about you?”
"Way too long." She said before giving him a hug. "I'm doing pretty good as well, trying to get used to earth again. But I've missed you! So much!" Peyton looked around the room and back at her brother. "How do you like Vindex?"
alexanderfoster:
“That…. that made very little sense and wasn’t really helpful to be honest”
Peyton waited until the other guy walked away from her brother to go and talk to him. “Hey! Long time no see. How you doing?”

Blake smiled courteously as she listened to her roommate speak, unfazed by the mention of her potentially deceased mother. In the lifestyle that they both were living, those sort of occurrences were more than common. She nodded her head slowly, taking a sip of wine before responding. “Oui, our fathers do know each other, bien sûr.” While the Carter daughter had grown up mostly with the S.H.I.E.L.D family as opposed to the Avengers, she still appreciated Captain Rogers and all of his accomplishments. “Ah, Jane Foster,” she noted. “I always admired her.”
“Ya, shes a really good Mom too!” She added before taking another sip of her wine. “Thank god someone wanted to take care of me, or I’d probably wouldn’t be here right now.” Peyton was usually pretty open about her life, but talking about her childhood is definitely not her favorite thing do. “So what do you do for fun around here?”
smartestgirlintheworld:
“Coffee. It’s pretty good. Want some?”
“Yes! Of course I do!” She took the girls offering and took a sip. “Well now I know why everyone likes it.”
spiritsandhexes:
it wasn’t someone they recognized. they were glad for that, at least. “——-i am fine physically.” physically was what mattered, anyway. they’d get over this. they should have known better, anyway. what nikolai said made sense. they should have just realized it themself. “i am sorry if i woke you up. i did not mean to be loud.”
“Well if your implying your not fine emotionally, I never am anyway.” She yawned. “No it’s totally fine, I was trying to read and fell asleep, you pretty much saved me.” Peyton got up and sat on the ground facing them. “You know, when I’m sad I usually go get chocolate. And you seem like you need some.”
magneticbones:
“Lots of people look up to the avengers, your father being one and a god makes him even cooler.” Butter her up, make her think that Lindy was one of those people. People were much easier to get information from if they felt flattered. “Same here. First things first though. Are you the type of person that likes sweet things or strong tastes?”
“You haven’t met him have you? Because I seem to be the only one that thinks hes an asshole, well besides Magni.” Peyton sighed, of course her father is great, but he needs to get his priorities straight. “Probably strong taste. Why does that matter?”
marixgrayson:
“Oh that’s awesome!” Mar’i smiled. “So that makes you a god…or demi-god?” Mar’i glanced down the aisles looking for the cookie aisle. “Oh I’m the daughter of Dick Grayson and Koriand’r…on another universe…it’s complicated.”
“Thanks, I think so too.....well sometimes.” Peyton looked through the aisles as well. “Demi-god. Oh thats cool! How was the transition from your universe to this one?”
blake-carter :
Blake glanced at the phone curiously. “Would you like to answer? It seems urgent,” she observed, concern etched into her features as she took another sip of wine. “My mother is Agent Sharon Carter,” her tone was brimming with pride, always having been a ‘Momma’s Girl.’ “And my father is Steve Rogers. May I inquire as to the identity of your parents? If you do not mind me asking, of course.”
“Nope its just my dad. He calls a lot, Holland probably didn’t answer her phone or something and he gets worried.” She said before turning it off. “Wow! That’s gotta be cool.” Peyton could tell Blake admired her mom, like a lot. “So that means our fathers know each other, my dad is Thor and I actually don’t know who my real mom is, but I was raised by Jane Foster, so she basically my mom. My guess is my real Mom is dead.” Everyone seemed to react to that last part poorly, but Peyton did too, when she was little.
thorsson-the-magnificent:
“Perhaps you’re not as bad as I thought” he said surprised, he was sure that this girl was a whorespawn, but perhaps she had more in common with him then he thought “Well she’s welcome to him if he ever shows his face around here again, I’ll make sure to smash Mjolnir into his perfect little teeth”
“Perhaps.” She repeated. “The only thing is I love my sister and I’m thankful someone decided to take care of me, because daddy dearest didn’t seem to want to.” Peyton nodded. “That would be great, make sure you record it or I’m there to watch. But thats a pretty big IF.” She was surprised and kind of happy she wasn’t the only one that wasn’t the biggest fan of her dad.
magneticbones:
“So far that’s true. Thor as in one of the the avengers? Even cooler.” Letting her hand fall back to her side, Lindy started to walk down the hall. “Today’s your lucky day then, Peyton. I know just where to get some. Follow my lead.”
“Ya! I mean if you were his daughter it would be no biggey, but ya he saved the world quite a few times.” She smiled and began to walk down the hall following the girl. “Awesome, I’m excited.”
