I’m not sure I have ever been so freaked out by a dream in my life. It was a run of the mill society is collapsing, and we don’t know why dream. I had to hold off a couple of rat raiders trying to mark up which houses were and weren’t clear for raiding, before figuring out they were LDS (mormons). I was holding my shot gun, and some theater kids temu .22lr mp5 wannabe clone as we climbed back over a barricade, and I could see smoke coming out of the not silencer port, before realizing there was a carbon fire in the barrel crown. before I knew it, and round cooked off and went through and through my right hemispheric gray matter, where I fell to the ground. I could see like 20 people gathered round and I kept pointing to my truck and repeated “ifak, ifak, ifak” over and over again trying to get some one to get the medical supplies out of my go bag, but everyone was in shock and no one knew what to do.
I woke up and I’m pretty sure my sympathetic nervous system sent me into shock. I spent 15 minutes sitting perfectly still, while shaking and silently sobbing trying to calm myself back down and not wake anyone else up (no need to allow my own imagination deny other people’s sleep). it’s been a half an hour since I woke up and it still comes and goes.
something terrible is coming on the horizon, and I think at this point even my subconscious realizes it.
My best friend from high school told me they didn’t want me in their life, and that I may possibly be the worst thing to ever happen to them.
when I had last spoken then had pursued a career as a stand up comedian, and I hope they become massively successful. it’ll be good to know they’re doing okay, without having to bother them.

My brother was in a troupe that trained kids for the rodeo in california, after all the kids had a chance to ride they’d let rogger the bull out and some of the older teens would practice rodeo clowning.
anyway, one of the things they’d like to do (and rogger was great at) is wait for the down beat of the front hooves landing, to jump and spin, at the same time.
the goal was to try and put your butt, square between the bull’s horns, as he’s lifting his head, and mock have a seat.
if you did it right, the bull would throw you up in the air, you’d do a flip and land behind him, completely unscathed.
if you were new, you had to “provoke” in the middle of the ring, because if you did it wrong rogger would launch you forward, and would be a mad scramble to land on your butt, or you’re feet, so you could move right or left quickly and get out of the way.
also, rogger new this was a game, and he had A LOT of fun with it, he would always stop after launching someone to see what happened, which was good if you messed up, because you were never actually in danger of getting hurt, but you still had to practice “popping up” so it was in your muscle memory for the times it wasn’t rogger.
I was too old (and too heavy) to ride the bulls, so I liked working the gates. which means after round one I got to play with rogger. the first time you pull off the back flip landing is crazy.
and then my brother got stepped on, and that was the end of that.

Not a lot that they can trade with in an environment where even spending can be controlled down to heat mapped bubbles. Presumably utilities can be taken out of service casually for wrong think as well. Without much in the way of real property, renting an apartment and working a generic mid level job, these people and loads of others will be boned.
I image also that in this environment that companies will need to toe whatever fake line has been drawn by the authoritarians, just like our hero above starving in his or her apartment. If their latest greatest ESG review says they are not licking enough woke crack then their ability to receive or make payments is shut off. You can imagine how quickly this becomes a massive problem.
I figure we are better off just removing the authoritarian psychopaths wink wink nudge nudge. No fed posty bullshit but yeah, if we are not able to change the direction of this shit it will be revolution across the planet or the sort of central planning disasters that other iterations of commie bullshit has given us in the past.
My friend, you need only to look at the California model of how illegal immigrants deal with everyday issues like paying for utilities without having proof of citizenship to open an account. or, in philadelphia where minimum wage laws have turned those who would work to earn an “illegal wage.” manage to do so.
the idea that banks alone control trade is extremely laughable. the economy can not be controlled.
