Lusamine then looked up at Pheromosa again, a small smirk playing on her face. Just suggesting this was going to be a gamble, but it was her only real trump card left.
“In the earlier stages of our Ultra Beast research, the Aether Foundation created a series of Pokemon known as Type: Full, who were designed to be ‘beast-killers’. For a while, however, we were not able to fully control them, hence we gave them control masks, and changed their name to Type: Null before the project was abandoned.”
“But with a strong enough bond between a Trainer and Null can bring out its true potential, enough to bring you and any other Ultra Beasts down. I have seen quite a few benign Beasts come to Alola… But as for something like you, who threatens this world, will not be given any mercy.”
Was Pheromosa intimidated by creatures such as Type: Null? Yes. After all, they were designed to combat Ultra Beasts. They were intense, powerful creatures when trained appropriately. But Pheromosa wasn’t about to admit such a thing-- nor was she about to show any sort of ill feelings towards wanting to fight Lusamine.
Her Pokemon weren’t even her targets. Her eyes peered closely at the Aether leader before she lunged forward with intense speed, perhaps too quick for a normal human to react to, and unleashed a series of heavy kicks against Lusamine’s form, attempting to lash out at her to throw her quite some distance away from herself.
Of course, Pheromosa KNEW that she could take it. For one very important reason..
She knew about Nihilego.
