Newlyn Hills is a completely CC-free save file in which I’ve filled Newcrest (Newlyn Hills) and Magnolia Promenade (Lynport) with my own builds. It also includes my previously released save file, Blythe Harbor Lite (Willow Creek). The save is populated with households and townies which were contributed by other Simmers (list and credits are below). I’ve also set up several clubs, and nearly every Sim is in at least one club.
Oasis Springs, Windenburg, and San Myshuno remain mostly untouched lot-wise, but I did delete all of the pre-made households for all worlds.
Many many thanks to everyone who donated Sims, gave support and suggestions, and waited patiently while I worked on this project! I hope you enjoy it! And please let me know if anything is weird or doesn’t work right!

The Mandeville
This small 1-bedroom home is my first attempt at a New Orleans-style shotgun house for Willow Creek. It is fully decorated and playtested (I used quite a few packs because I like clutter, but if you’re missing a pack or two you should be OK - you might just have a replace a few things). I went a little crazy with the fairy lights (I can’t stay away from them, especially when the walls are so tall) and threw in a few autumnal decorations. As always, feel free to edit, redecorate, renovate as you wish!
NOTE: The “hidden bookcase” door between the bedroom and the kitchen gives off an aura that makes your Sims Focused. If that bugs you, feel free to replace that door with a different one.

I made this small Japanese hill town on a 40x30 lot for my story..and I wonder if anyone else might be interested? I’m just using it for photoshoots so all the buildings are unfurnished.
There is no cc used in this build , but I used a lot of objects from different packs, mostly City Living, Seasons, Spa Day, Cats & Dogs and probably Outdoor Retreat.

Japanese Tea Garden | No CC
I was originally planning on making some kind of park in a Japanese neighbourhood I built in Newcrest, but I imagined how nice it would be to have some tea there so I turned it into a cafe! (not sure if you can even have tea in a cafe in the sims but hey its the closest I could get to a tea place without dine out ok 😢)

Magical medieval bakery (300 followers gift)
This building was @tom-sca1‘s idea and made as a gift to all of you. I even wrote a short story: This lot belongs to an old sorceress who cooks magically delicious pastries. Rumor has it that she adds various potions to her baking, which is why it has magical qualities and so tasty. She grows all the ingredients herself, with special care and love!

Zodiac Legacy Challenge - Updated for Seasons/Get Famous
As someone who is a bit of a nerd when it comes to astrology and witchcraft in general, I of course love learning about western zodiacs. So I thought I’d bring my love of the zodiac signs to the sims.
I know that a challenge with this name has been made before, however mine will be more structured for each generation. This is a 12-generation legacy, with each generation representing one of the different zodiacs.
Side note: This legacy is not meant to misrepresent or offend anyone. The generations are being based off of descriptions of the zodiacs from this website. Feel free to read up more about each zodiac to get a better sense of your sim’s personality!
Starting out:
Feel free to make your founder however you’d like. Traits for each heir will be listed in their section, but their looks are up to you so feel free to get creative! You’ll start out like a traditional legacy on one of the 50x50 lots (or 64x64 if you’d like). Here is a link to Pinstar’s legacy rules.
General Challenge Rules:
No money cheats
Mods such as MC Command Center is allowed (and encouraged) but not necessary
No mods that give you a clear advantage over people who don’t use it
CC is allowed
If you don’t complete one of the goals for the generation, you lose the challenge.
Honestly this is the only way to fail the challenge, other than not producing an heir.

Calico Community Pool
This community pool has something for every member of the family; even the pets have their own little corner for playing, napping, and doing their business. Sims can swim laps in the huge pool, relax in the hot tub, grill some lunch or grab something from the cooler, or take a ride on the slip-n-slide. Toddlers get their own play area complete with “splash pad” (they won’t interact with the water but I’m hoping to update this with sprinklers once Seasons comes out).
Please enable “bb.moveobjects” before placing the lot in build mode to make sure everything stays in place.

Oasis Springs. Update for Calico Community Pool lot. No CC.
Just Maristella (Save File)
This is a save file with JUST Oasis Springs redone (and renamed Maristella) for those who wanted it. The rest of the worlds remain completely untouched (with all of the pre-made lots and households intact). There is one exception - I deleted the two Vampires households so they wouldn’t turn the save into Vampireville. :)
The Oasis Springs pre-mades aren’t living in any world (aside from Johnny Zest who got a makeover and more trailers on his lot), but they’re still around and can be found in Manage Households. Feel free to delete or edit the households/Sims as you wish.
NOTE: If you’re looking for the save file that has Maristella AND the lots for Blythe Harbor (Willow Creek), Newlyn Hills (Newcrest), and Lynport (Magnolia Promenade), please see my Maristella Plus post.
A note about Seasons: I didn’t use any Seasons content in my lots or households for this save. HOWEVER, I do have Seasons installed, and since the Seasons patch, the game automatically generates random Hot Weather and Cold Weather outfits for Sims. The game may have used Seasons items for this. I made sure my households had non-Seasons outfits, but I did not check all of the pre-made households. Therefore some of them might have missing tops or bottoms in their hot/cold weatherwear if you do not have Seasons installed.
