Why is it soooo HARD?!? Whether it's working out, eating right or just getting yourself mentally together. I'm working on all of the above and trying to get to know myself better. Yes, I've been here 49 years and I still don't really know me 😳😩😬. Everyday I'm learning and growing. I've learned that I've lived for others or what I thought they wanted me to be or who I thought I should be based on their words/actions/behavior towards me. Crazy Right 🤪.
