I’m back from my hiatus! Still have a pretty irritating cough, but other than that I feel slightly better. Will try to attempt some replies before I resume back plotting in the ims and dms <3
Sick as hell rn. I’ve just requested for a hiatus from the main to last till Friday, though I’ll try and see if I can squeeze in a couple of replies or do some plotting every once in a while, whenever im feeling up enough for it. No guarantees though, sorry :(

“I can’t believe that that dear little ice-cream parlour on campus has closed down. Or that my favorite pretzel stand isn’t selling chocolate-mint pretzels anymore for a time being. This isn’t shaping out to be a very good morning at all,” Philli sighed a little loudly.

Philomena: Haha, but it looks like you’ve already made your choice? Unless you have one or two more that are still in your mind? But that does look very pretty and a great choice!
aside from playing piano, sunday had taught herself to play guitar as well when she was in high school. it helped a lot when it came to song writing since it was the instrument she preferred playing the most though, piano came natural to her after playing for over ten years. she was currently in the music room, acoustic guitar in hand as she practiced over an original song that she’d promised her professor she would sing for a class project. no one had heard the song yet and sunny was a little anxious about how it all would come together. she needed an honest opinion, but that meant allowing someone else to hear it before she was ready for them to. she hardly ever shared her music with other people. getting up from the chair she was sitting in, she placed the guitar against a wall and moved over to the piano to pack her things up and head back to her apartment for the afternoon. she gasped softly when she saw someone standing in the doorway. “how long have you been standing there?” she asked, a little worried they’d walked in on her solo session.
“Oh I’ve just only arrived a millisecond ago,” stated Philli in slight surprise at the other’s reaction. I”m so sorry if I had startled you, dear,”she continued with a worried crease on her tan forehead. “I came to restring a guitar in here , but I can just come back later for it, if you’re still using the room and prefer to be alone,” she offered with an easy smile.
class project or a real audition, carina always gives her best when it comes to acting. the dark-haired student thought she did quite the convincing performance in reading those lines, not realizing someone was there until she turned around to see the bystander. with a smile curling on her lips, she greeted them, “oh hello–i didn’t see you there. but since you’re here anyway, i could use the criticism. hit me with your best shot.”
As the other student who had been watching Carina shyly smiled and shood their head, politely indicating that they didn’t really want to give any sort of criticism, Philli then let out a small amused sigh while shaking her head. She had hoped to hear feedback from a peer of Carina’s first instead of having to step in but it seemed that it was not to be. She then pushed herself off the corner of the wall she had been leaning quietly against for the past several minutes, her corner of the room being pretty dim enough that she could not be easily seen by anyone. “ Well, I don’t really prefer giving a critique outside of class or outside or outside of any practice sessions I have with my students, be it a an individual session or a group session,”she started talking as she walked towards Carina. “But, I could give out a few small vague comments that might hopefully help you improve even better, if you’re good with that “she smiled amusedly and warmly at the brunette.
PHILOMENA SALIBA is a THIRTY FIVE year old PROFESSOR that teaches in PERFORMING ARTS. It has been stated that they are CHARISMATIC && GENEROUS, but they can also be DISCIPLINED && PERSISTENT. SHE happens to be into VOYEURISM && BLINDFOLDS, but won’t do SCAT && GOLDEN SHOWERS. It just so happens that they look like SHAKIRA && are HETEROFLEXIBLE!!

I may also be still slightly nervous/anxious as it’s honestly been years since I’ve been in a college rp, let alone a college smut one. So please do kindly bear with me as I adjust to this slightly new rp setting. This bio isn’t that long as I”m still plotting her out as I go along, so there might be a few small new changes/details added to it along the way later on. So my girl here highly prefers to go by the nickname of Philli as much as whenever possible with mostly friends, family, good acquaintances, colleagues, etc.. She probly has the students who are taking her classes call her Professor Philli or Miss Philli. :)
As stated in her blog’s sidebar, she’s an internationally-acclaimed Professional Dancer, part-time singer and part-time actor . As well as a well-known award-winning dancer & choreographer. She’s also performed in about 3 Broadway shows and managed to win a Tony in one of those shows. Thus her celeb status and resume was extensively impressive enough for the uni to hire her as a performing arts professor for the past one year & a half.
She started dancing properly at the age of three, though her love of it might have already subconsciously started when she was about 2 XD Her mother, one of her aunts and her grandmother were also dancers so she kinda had inherited a natural-born talent and passion for it, though the more she delved into the wide and exhilarating world of dance, the even more higher her individual passion and even more greater love for it soared. Dancing and performing was in her blood, heart and soul, and there isn’t a day where you’ll see her not dancing no matter how tiny or subtle her movements/actions are.
She’s has formal training in ballet, jazz, belly-dancing and many types of ballroom dancing most especially the Latin dances. She also self-taught herself contemporary dancing during her teenage years and during her many travels throughout the years, she’s picked up various other ethinic/cultural dances & street dances as well. During all the years growing up, she entered into numerous competitions both in the country as well as internationally and won several, which how she became well-renowned. During her time as a dancer, she had also picked up acting classes and music lessons as two of her most favourite hobbies, hence, she eventually after some years, was a pretty good actress and her singing was very beautiful as well.
She’s pretty much been all over the world by this time, doing all sorts of things with her craft, be it dance tours, teaching class here and there, entering competitions, giving performances in any sort of event/function no matter how big or small, or being a highly sought-after dance choreographer. The first time she was in NYC, she immediately fell in love with the theatrical arts as well after watching her first Broadway show of tba (hehe, i myself love so many shows I can’t pick one just yet for yer XD)
Thus this was when her love & interest for musical theater begin and which brought her to perform in about 3 pretty Broadway shows in different points in her life, and she also managed to bag a Tony award in one of them. Utilizing her singing and acting talents, she has also dipped her toes into acting in a few films and ventured into producing a few of her own original songs during certain periods of her life and performing them live. During those periods when she was very musically-inspired, she would also agree to a couple of song collaborations with two of her best friends and appeared in those two MVs.
Her romantic life however wasn’t much of a success as her career, and if one were to be blunt, it was mostly a failure, no matter how hard she tried to work on it. She has a string of failed relationships and among them a few really bad choices/unhealthy ones. One of her most recent & serious relationship was where she thought she had truly found the one and almost wanted to share a life with him, but just when she was just so closed to the pinnacale, she was rudely shoved off and fell down hard as something went wrong and he abruptly left her. Shattered to pieces and massively heartbroken, her heartache further increased when their baby she was secretly carrying ( for she had not had a chance to tell him yet before their breakup) also ended up lost to her, for she accidentally miscarried not long after that.
Obviously she went through a slump of depression for a period of time, but once she eventually managed to recover from it ( with the help of family & friends), she then strongly resolved to put this whole thing behind her and is pretty tight-lipped about this particular relationship to this day. Some time later, she eventually got tired of travelling around and decided that she wanted to stick at one place for good for as long as possible, and ever-willing to share her knowledge and impart her skills to as many people as possible, she thus took up teaching at Sunshine University and so far is loving her job very much.
She’s a lively, pretty cheerful, extremely passionate teacher whose very generous with her time and patience. However due to being so dedicated to her students and the craft, she can be slightly strict with discipline at several points of time and if she happens to find a student with a small gem of a talent towards any kind of performing arts, she can be doggedly persistent in tracking that student down and constantly trying to encourage them to dip in this particular field. She’s also witty and charismatic with almost everyone but can have a bit of a fiestiness about her/ temper when very highly provoked.
She has a high sexual drive as well, as having quite a lot of kinks. (which I will list down later on XD)
The main hasn’t posted my follow just yet, but this is just a tiny tip :) just incase anyone still doesn’t know this fix for tumblr’s latest bungle up with notifications for the past few weeks. If some of y’all are having notifications of other people’s replies for certain open starters you have responded to, you can fix this by going to your settings, then notifications , and then turn off "conversational notifications". works like a charm <3
