Flossy? That’s a rather unusual name. Is it a nickname? I’m alright, just feeling a little lethargic, nothing bad. How about yourself?
Oh yes I know it's a pretty unusual name but it's ten times better than my real name, I don't like it that much. {`shrugs her shoulders} Today's been good to me, I'm guessing there won't be much change from yesterday. Just the same boring days.
We met at the wrong time. That’s what I keep telling myself anyway. Maybe one day years from now, we’ll meet in a coffee shop in a far away city somewhere and we could give it another shot.

Upon seeing her thank him, he merely offered a nod. Keep his words to a minimum, continuing to mill about lazy as he was unsure whether or not to leave the person or not— realizing he was unable to place a distinction on whether male or female. But the thought didn’t last long, after all they’d both be on their separate ways. Or so he thought, she inquired about his name and he was left stuck to stay. Not that he minded, after all the stranger was intriguing to say the least but after a few seconds had passed he realized he had yet to offer his name. Not wanting to reveal his identity, he decided to opt for something short that wasn’t entirely a lie. After all if by chance they did continue to talk after this abrupt interaction he’d like to explain himself and clear up that he wasn’t lying. Shaking his head, trying to shake away his thoughts. Having a knack for over analyzing a situation when he didn’t need to.
"Min. Hm, may I have the pleasure of knowing yours?"
"Min" she repeated silently, letting the name roll of the tip of her tongue and into the free air to mingle between the two of them. Silence had always been a friend of her's yet she didn't enjoy it all too much as it could appear rather awkward. Silence in general had never been wrong though, no one that kept silence in the air could ever be wronged, it was one way to show respect. But silence in this case made her nervous, she didn't know if it was right or wrong. "My name?" it took her a while to process the words, his question and a good answer for him. Whether it had to be her real name or the nickname everyone used for her, she had to reply soon or the silence would once again be there to ruin the moment. And just like that she blurted out her words along with a nervous chuckle and the most embarrassing cough.
"Flossy. Name's Flossy."
The man stopped in his steps, turning on his heel a grin spreading over his lips, as he brought a hand up to pull his shades down just a bit. “Hello there.” He said, as he eyed the person before him. “I’m Jonghyun, It’s nice to meet you.” He bowed his head half way.
The politeness and the way the other had flashed a temporary grin towards her was surely something new and even though most people seemed to avoid her for different reasons, perhaps personal preferences in which she did not fit or perhaps because they were shy. "Jonghyun" she repeated his name, just to try it and to remember it better. "I'm Flossy."
"I am from Qingdao, not Korea." He confirmed, onyx eyes flashing with something strange for a moment — could it have been the lights of a passing car…? — before returning to ‘normal’. Zitao did not care to elaborate on where exactly in Qingdao, but he highly doubted the woman would press into his background. He respectively stayed out of her mind, probing gently at the corners after some thought to see if she noticed the invisible intrusion.
It was somewhat interesting yet confusing, why would this stranger from Qingdao be here in Seoul? Questions filled her mind but as usual she stayed away from other people's past or stories unless they willingly wanted to tell her everything. "That's cool." Silence blankets them as only the sound from traffic is heard and she carefully watches the people walking by, diverting her attention away from him.
"I have not ‘got a light’, nor do I intend on ever getting one." He replied coolly, tone airy and somewhat lofty. His accent mingled through his words, exotic face remaining in a deadpan. Zitao had been walking along Seoul for a specific reason; observing the mannerisms of the people (humans, to be exact) socializing and going about their business in another busy city. He had figured it would be an effective way to polish up his social skills, but apparently it was not working so far.
The way the other replied was weird, she didn't even care to point it out as she stood in silence and pondered over what kind of place he had been growing up in. Since she could hear the slight accent and take a guess from there, she would never place him as the type that grew up in a big city. And if he did, it cannot have been here. "Aight chill, just asking." Pausing, she glared out over the streets where lights were flickering from cars passing by quickly. "You're not from here, are you?"
It was unusual for Minho to be even outside of the comfort of his home (added to the fact he was one of Korea’s most renowned actors) but lately he found solace in the evening air and bustling streets. Hidden amongst many, garbed in a way that he’d look normal among the crowd but he was approached nonetheless. When prompted with the question he would have flat out turn away the pale faced stranger but— he patted his pocket and felt a familiar lighter. Not his, but someones. With a nod, he fished it out. Offering it to her with a charming smile that held little meaning, it was just standard for him.
"Yep, here. Take it."
She doesn't hesitate to take it, it's not like she really knows how to hold a conversation alive but he was nice enough to offer her a lighter so there's something that makes her want to keep a talk for more than five seconds. Taking a deep breath, she feels the smoke and familiar feeling of nicotine spreading in her body flow through every vein she owns. It's like the feeling is her addiction, not the drug nor the smoke. "Thanks" she mouths in his direction and holds out the lighter to return it to the owner, something she's always been pretty strict on. The streets at night are dangerous, especially for young women but then again she has the appearance of a boy and almost no one dares to approach her due her rather indifferent faces and expressions, basically pointing out that trying to approach her will be regretted.
"What's your name?"
{ ☂ } Annoyed as always, the petite woman walks the streets of Seoul and tries to avoid as many people as possible. Her pale skin doesn't fit in nor blend together with the rest, perhaps that's why they called her porcelain doll. It takes her two seconds to realize that she doesn't have a lighter - something that she otherwise always carries in her right pocket. Walking up to the closest stranger, she sighs and flashes a quick and forced smile. "Got a light?" she asks, nodding towards her cigar.

’What has just happened’, he thought to himself as he nearly froze in his step. Since when had his old, and somewhat tattered shop, ever gained so many visitors in one single day? As he continued to move through the people present, brushing arms accidentally against some, he moved back to behind his counter. A sigh escaped his lips, he was in no position to dislike this happening yet— Gone was his quiet day. And more would come it seemed. The bell went off and another customer came in, moving his gaze to the door he met the customers eyes. “Welcome to West of the Moon.”
Books. She had always enjoyed reading it was yet another important part of her boring life even though some people like her father never had been into books or any sort of reading, the most free time she had went to skim through the endless pages of endless amount of books. The shop she had entered seemed new or perhaps she just hadn't noticed it before, both were legit options due her lack of energy to put notice into things around her, to participate in society. The voice caught her attention and soon brought her to look up with a sharp inhale, eyes gazing around until she found the owner of the voice. Oh. He must be the owner. "Nice shop you have."

Her jaw dropped at the other’s sudden comment. Is the out of her mind? Everyone knew how much of a clever clogs Sujin is. She shook head in disagreement, her eyebrows both slanting down. “Tch,” scoffing in ridicule, she once again shook her head and headed for her next block.
”Freaking.. God, Flossy.” muttering under her breath, she heavily sighed in defeat. A sharp tug pulled on her school vest, easily matched with a sudden yelp from her. Constantly being dragged to the nearest exit by a person she doesn’t even know, she tried reaching for the banister of the stair beside her, letting go of her books and binder.
”LET ME GO—-” Sujin let out a strident yell.
❝Keep quiet, you little fuck.❞ Flossy?
Staring at the other, she had decided that she waited enough. Sujin could go on and nag about how she didn't want to skip classes but Flossy would eventually force her along anyways. Even if the whole thing was to please the other, she disliked the fact that Sujin always had to be the good girl. Good girls do it worse.
Dear god.
"Come on, don't be a fucking nerd--" grabbing her vest, she starts pulling her friend along and towards the exit of the huge building. Some students outside were staring and some even whispering but it wasn't weird by now. Seniors would know how Flossy was, juniors would fear the type she always had been and teachers would warn about getting in trouble with her. In one way, people feared Flossy more than the popular girl of the school. As if anyone liked her anyways.
"You are giving me no choice but to force you."
