questionnaire
How are you feeling? Physically and mentally.
I don’t see how that’s any of your business.
Where are you living? The same place you lived in 2012, or displaced to a random apartment? Explain to the best of your ability.
I showed up in a random apartment in New York. But the owner of the apartment and I made friends very quickly. I’ve been staying there, rent free. Isn’t he nice?
What do YOU think we should do about the situation at hand? Try to go back home? The original mission of stopping Thanos? Rewrite the entire story?
The original mission of stopping Thanos? That wasn’t my job in the first place and it’s not my job now. The avengers really are that incapable huh?
What will you DO about the situation at hand?
My job isn’t to clean up the avenger’s messes. So, nothing.
Is there anything that you think needs to be done?
Fix the problems that they’ve caused. I think that solution is pretty damn simple.
If need be, would you be willing to team up with the government and SHEILD to recoup and help the situation at hand?
No. I’m not willing, not even a little bit.
What are your worries?
I just need to my find my sisters. Anything else comes second and is unimportant.
What do you think are the pros about this situation?
Are you done asking me stupid questions or is this the last one? There are no pros to this situation, we got thrown back in time for no reason. Only bad things are going to happen the more we fuck up the timeline.
it had been a common sentiment around here lately that the avengers were terrible. wanda, admittedly, could always clearly see the damage the avengers had caused. and it was true that them being here was their fault. but she knew in her heart that this wasn’t their doing. “no one is perfect, but the avengers didn’t do this. they didn’t know it was going to happen. they got injured just like everyone else,” she insisted. “the avengers are trying to save the universe from a large scale genocide. why would they set up innocent people to be hurt?”
Phoebe tilts her head, slowly. She could easily read into the woman’s head, get under skin even more. But instead Phoebe will just play it safe. “Of course.. of course. I should have known better than to blame the all mighty avengers. Innocent as always.” The blonde gives a fake condescending smile. “Because we’re threats and isn’t that what the avengers do best, eliminate threats?”
“ the media loves to praise them . i don’t understand why . ” they’re not a spectacular bunch in tatsu’s opinion . but it’s not an unpopular opinion she shares . “ it’s an interesting theory you pose . if you’re right then i’m glad i didn’t attend the gala . ”
“I don’t either. It’s not like any of them have truly spectacular skills, expect for maybe one. Yet they’ve been dubbed earth’s mightiest heroes. Nothing mighty about them, just pretty faces that are easy to sell.” The Avengers have always left a bit of a bad taste in Phoebe’s mouth. “It would be a plausible one, they’re all threats to them.” The woman gives a tight lipped smile. “I didn’t either, I don’t attend anything alone.”
( @rewrittenstart ) “I hate it here.” Phoebe turns her nose up in disgust. “Avengers this, avengers that. If the avengers are as good as the media loves to portray them then shouldn’t they have prevented this entire disaster.” Arms cross easily over the woman’s chest. “It doesn’t add up... it feels like they planned on getting rid of us. We were all in one place, easy to take us all out.”
