Whenever I try to write something, even if I have a strict plan, I always find myself going with the flow

Which usually results in the writing taking me somewhere unexpected

I don’t know whether it’s good or bad, because on one hand it’s always a surprise and it’s like I’m reading something I didn’t write, but on the other hand, it’s unplanned and usually stumps me even more

Imagine if someone possessed you for an hour, and wrote this great chapter of a book, setting up future events

But then that someone goes away

Leaving you with a great setup - one that you actually have no idea how to use

The difference between the latest and earliest versions of Ellie is so interesting to me

The way her swoops became so much more prominent

I also didn’t think about Rose at that point, she was supposed to be one of the shadow thingys

Also found a character sheet of a middle point between earliest and latest Ellie designs
