Fixing Things up!

While I have been trying to rev back up into art making mode, I've used some time to do some housekeeping! Which includes:

-Adding Image IDs to all of my images on this blog. I'll be sure to add Image IDs for any art going forward

-Updating the pinned directory with all relevant tags. It should be a little easier finding themed pieces now.

-Creating a BlueSky account. I'm Pie2dface over there. I'm treating it as a catch-all for all of my artwork and anything I find interesting.

Now I can focus on just making now! Fingers crossed!

Finally finished my character page for my clown OC Candy! I originally started this for Artfight, but instead it became a fun exercise to flesh out one of my favorite OCs. Image descriptions in Alt text. Additional Details below the cut.

Names and Theme: Candy often gets clients that have a theme for their event, and Candy often follows suit. In addition to her outfit, she often adds to her name to complete the transformation (Fruity Candy, Lovely Candy, etc.)

The Hair: Candy often uses her braids to add to the themes her clients request. She can often shape them into fun shapes or use them in gags.

The Outfits: As long as it fits within her color scheme, Candy's outfits can have a lot of variation. One of the biggest requirements is having strong shapes; She often has flared or puffy bottoms that widen her silhouette. If she is wearing a tight fitting leotard, her body is a bit cinched in and some of her back rolls my come over the sides.

Fun fact: During one of her events, a child accidentally tripped her. Rather than fall on the kid, she fell to the ground busting her mouth open. She wound up having to get partial dentures, and decided to get them in a fun color for the rare times those teeth can be seen.
