This might very well be a male in the suit (it’s hard to tell, isn’t it? :P) but the situation is non the less a big turn on. 

There is definitively a padlock showing in the neck securing something, it’s a bitchsuit with a hood, and a tight blindfold. It even looks like a leash inside the cage that is tied to the top. 

The living thing is put in a steel cage, so not only blind, helpless and leashed in place, but also locked in. Pretty much the signs of total dehumanization and a life that is like that of an animal without freedom. 

The fact that the air hose is there gives the final impression of that no human comfort or care is given, as it will have to breath deeply to get enough fresh air over time.
