This is a weird thing to put on the internet but I was wondering if anyone could tell me some good ways to lose weight. To put this in a short way I have been in a long distance relationship for about a year now, and we will finally see each other again in August since the last time we saw each other. I have gained weight and I just want to be in better shape for when we see each other again. So I’m writing this if anyone knows some good healthy ways to lose weight.
