Hi! My name is Gracie, I am 22 years old, and I was diagnosed with EDNOS when I was 18... but l've had 3d tendencies ever since I was 9 years old. I was originally recovered, but am amidst a relapse right now and am looking for a place to find friends and support.

I’m rational most of the time but god the early days of a rel4pse calm me down so much. The number on the scale drops effortlessly. My mind becomes sharp and clear. I have something to wake up for. I have a goal and am moving towards it. But most importantly, I’m in control.

Honestly disturbed because people forget that having an 3D isn’t one size fits all (ironically). It’s not a fad or a crash diet and you aren’t always uw.

It’s literally a mental illness.

I’ve gained almost 20 pounds in the past two months due to medication, stress, and the munchies.

Today I am going to walk until my legs fall off… maybe then I’d be able to lose some of this fucking fat that’s eating my body alive.
