Picnic At The Beach || open
It was an absolutely gorgeous day, and Iris happened to have it off - the perfect opportunity to head down to the beach and enjoy. She wasn’t sure whether or not she’d bother getting in the water, but she most definitely was going to spread out a beach blanket with her picnic basket, a beach umbrella stuck into the sand to shield fair skin from the bright summer sun.
Making a pleased sound at the layout, she settled in at once, with her basket open and quite a few delicious looking finger foods tucked within. Now, all she needed was to get lost in a book….
Today was the perfect day for some sunny, summertime fun.
He made the decision to close the shack a little earlier than he normally would to enjoy the nice weather while it was here. He’d worked hard that week. He could relax a little. So he took to the beach to play a little Frisbee. What’s that? You need two people to play Frisbee? Nonsense. Kai could play it by himself.
His body spun around as he flung the Frisbee at full force. Watching it sail down the stretch of sand. “Damn, that was a good one!” He commented to himself, chasing after the plastic disk.
Unfortunately for Kai, the gentle breeze took it a little further than he was expecting. Sailing it straight towards an unassuming beach-goer.
“Ahh! Fore! Hey, Watch out!” He shouted, flinching as the Frisbee plunked against the woman sitting on her blanket.
