This time I’m bringing you something completely different: an apocalypse-era bar, built from scrap metal, abandoned trailers, rusted domes, and whatever survivors could salvage from the wasteland.

This build sits on the edge of a polluted waterfront, where neon signs flicker through the haze and wanderers come to trade stories, supplies… and stolen electricity. Inside the compound, you’ll find:

Relationship Pregnancy Override Mod conflicting with LittleMsSam pregnancy mods?

I wanted to try out RPO but my game crashed three times while it was in there. It may have also been a consequence of me fucking around with platforms in a san myshuno apartment but i'm scared to put it in. The only thing I think it might conflict with is the LittleMsSam pregnancy mods but googling tells me it shouldn't be conflicting? Anyone have any advice?

layout details: this build has 4 floors and i tried my best to mimic key features in a company esp. tech start up vibes. so you've got open workspaces, kitchenettes, 4 focus rooms, 2 conference rooms (8 sims max), and larger conference room for your "all-hands meetings". i left a vacancy for you to customize as you see fit (e.g., ceo suite). also recommend checking out office snapshots. i used it a lot for inspo. it has gallery full of offices from all over the world...

gameplay details: if you want make this multi-fxn lot, i’d recommend spawn mods such as: npcs everywhere (kuttoe) OR multi-purpose lot traits (@down-in-simsland). and if you want to set up small business for a start up like i did. here's the step up. target customers = freelance programmers and tech gurus. skill requirement = programming. tested in-game and autonomy seemed to work well...

Sunwoven - Kitchen Appliances

Hey everyone!

The next part for the Sunwoven collection includes new kitchen appliances which go well with the previous part which was the kitchen furniture and is now free to download.

For this part I planned to make some more traditional looking appliances and I wanted to do a whole set of them. There were more items in my plans but I had time to do only these but I think they make a good collection and I tried to cover the most important ones.

Because these items are all functional they took more time and I had to test every one of them to see if the animations are working properly. I have to say, there were a lot of meals cooked and a lot of coffees brewed. :D Only not functional thing is the range hood which has single and double versions and all 3 wall heights.

I hope you'll like to use these in your games and please, when your sims open the fridge, appreciate the textures inside, because that took a lot of time. :D

Next up I'm gonna finish the kitchen with clutter items and I'm really excited to do them because they will give life to the room and they'll make it lived-in.

Sunwoven - Kitchen Part 1

Hey everyone!

I'm so sorry for being this late with this set but it took really long to troubleshoot the islands so they are seamless, I redone the texture for the countertops at least 3 times, painting the checkered tiles by hand and the time it took to do all the wallpapers in 3 sizes... I won't describe the suffering, you can imagine. :D

But after all that I am really proud of the result and I haven't lost my love for kitchens, I just need some time to recover after this and not do a kitchen for a while. :D

I didn't want to make a traditional looking mediterranean kitchen because this whole collection for me is a mix of styles and I wanted to bring boho, mediterranean, elegant but homey into the mix and this is what I came up with. I shared my inspiration earlier for this set but I'll tell you some thoughts about it either way. I fell in love with the scalloped design a while ago and I wanted to use it for a possible farmhouse inspired set but I thought it would fit here perfectly with its playful look.

First I couldn't decide where to incorporate the rattan because I felt both the cabinets and the counters with this design feature would look too much but I wanted to give you the option to choose so I made two sets of each. One with the rattan insets and one plain option. Both have different end and corner pieces.

I added an accent counter with drawers and accent cabinet/shelf which has the same arched style as the fridge nooks.

I added backsplashes as separate objects with middle and end pieces. They have the same colors as the countertops plus a few different ones to give you more options.

There are 5 shelf items for a modular setting. I included middle, end and outer/inner corner pieces.

Lastly there are a bunch of wall tiles and wall paint swatches to complete the look. The wall tiles come with all the colors the countertops have with a few wall color pairings.

I really hope you like this set! It was a journey to finish it but I hope you'll enjoy using them! The stove on the photo is from my Baker's Kitchen set but for the next part I'm gonna make appliances to fill up that sad, empty fridge nook. (So the kitchen will have 3 parts because then I want to continue with clutter.)
