Struggle. We all face it. It’s a normal part of life. There are time, however, when the struggle becomes drowning and the will to continue through that struggle disappears

Sometimes I feel like the struggles of like are overwhelming. Finances, parenting, work, health... it all gets a little much when they all collide on one family at one time

Being a Beachbody Coach is more than having a “job”. It’s encouraging and it pushes me to be a better wife, mom, and person. Working out in the morning shapes my day for success. Talking to wonderful people about their healthy lifestyle is encouraging. Having teammates behind me that push me to be better is a blessing

You can allow the struggle to define your life or you can get up and do something about it. Don’t let those financial woes get you down. Don’t allow the healthy issues to make you depressed. Do something about it

I’m starting a challenge group that will be an indefinite group where you can come and work on your health (mental and physical) at your own pace. I have SO many amazing options for you to look at. Message me when you’re ready to get that struggle under control.

Little girl needed a third nap today apparently, momma doesn’t mind!! Watching some Great British Baking Show and trying to keep my mind off of food and focused on getting back on track tomorrow!!!

Goals Accountability: Day 3
Horrible. Just awful.
Broke fast at 8 AM (so we could get back to our 8-4 eating time frame), didn’t get up before baby because I didn’t get to sleep until 3 thanks to baby and she woke up at 6:30. I was so tired I didn’t do any cleaning or devotions... and don’t get my started on my workout.
I’m exhausted, mentally and physically. Life is pretty sucky right now and I’m so worried we’re going to end up homeless. If you’re of the praying type, please pray for me.
September Goals Accountability Post Day 1&2
1st:
No workout 😭 hubby got home late and we had D&D night
Up with Baby but I got devotions done
Cleaned my room did a massive load of laundry
Kept to my fast and stayed under 2000 cals
2nd:
Worked out!!!!
Up with baby, but got devotions done
Cleaned the kitchen and continued laundry
Kept my fast but didn’t stay under 2000 cals, we were weak and had Chinese food 🤷🏼♀️
All in all, not too unhappy. Looking forward to a new day!!! 5 AM alarm set and ready to sleep.

Weird Reasons I Want To Lose Weight
Take my wedding rings off without a fuss
Walk up the stairs without knee pain
Be comfy in my clothes
Be able to lift my daughter up several times without being winded
Sit on my husbands lap without hurting him
Walk around my neighborhood and not feel gross
Pass by strangers and not be worried they were judging me
Do push-ups off my knees
Do jumping jacks

September Goals
So August was a bust, I didn’t accomplish ANYTHING!!! I didn’t eat right, I didn’t lose anything of significance... just bad. We didn’t workout at all!!!
So September will be different!!
Personal/Health Goals for September:
1) Wake up before Baby to get devotions done
2) 16/8 Fasting everyday, staying under 2000 cals
3) Do some form of workout everyday
4) Keep house clean and organized daily
5) Read at least one book
6) Drink my Shakeo and take my vitamins everyday
I feel like these are obtainable goals, I just can’t be lazy!!
Anyone else have any September goals??? Want to start an accountability group???
No Zero Day September
Bringing it back!
Just like in May, we’re going to try to be active every day for 30 days, starting September 1. What kind of activity - and the threshold for what qualifies as an “active day” - is completely up to you, relative to your experience. The goal is to build or maintain a good habit.
You can follow along on your own if you want, but like in May, every Saturday at 8PM EST I’m going to post a list of people who made it every day that month up to the day before (Friday). If you want to track your progress that way, this time I have a nifty Google Form for submitting complete days. Save the form, and each day write your username (ideally, the same way each time) and fill in the date. Easy. And easier for me than watching my activity log, lol.
(Of course, I still encourage you to write about your progress on your blogs, too, but it’s not necessary!)
Best of luck for anyone who wants to try it! I’ll be doing it myself, so see you all at the finish line on September 30th!

Breakfast this morning was BOMB!!! Toasted Rye Bread with Vegan Butter, flax seed, garlic, and sliced tomatoes... then a half of a Green Apple with some PB 🥰🥰🥰 I always start my day with some water with lemon and a cup of coffee. I try and use just stevia and a sugar free flavoring in my coffee, but lately I’ve been craving creamer.
We’re trying to stick to a plant based diet, but we’re not 100% vegan, more like 80%... need to learn to give up ice cream, creamer, and cheese 🤷🏼♀️
I went grocery shopping yesterday and successfully kept my food under $100 for two weeks (under $50 a week was my goal). Like this post if you want me to do a long blog post later tonight and show you what I got!!!
