As a visually impaired and dyslexic person I use a screen reader often, and so do many other visually impaired or reading impaired people.

The term "radqueer" is so funny to me because when you hear it for the first time you might think it refers to politically radical queer people, like anarchists or something

Ik that you can't control having a paraphilia, and I don't believe in thought crimes, but you have to fully recognize that it would be immortal to ever act on, costume explicit content of, or even talk about in a way that portrays the action as positive. If you can't do that you need professional help. The second it's more than a thought in any capacity it is harmful.
