The Battle of the Beasts is finally here! PitKrew’s “Absolut” is currently giving birth to puppies sired by our premiere stud, PitKrew’s “Chaka!” So far, she has given birth to 4 STRONG females and 1 stillborn male (RIP). Confirmed via X-ray, she is due to be giving birth to 7+ puppies and we are expecting big things out of these two foundation-stock American Bullies. A word of advice for those who are new to breeding... 🐶 "I'm not perfect but I would like to say that I've always put my dogs' well-being above any monetary gain. Breed to progress forward in your program and everything else will follow. People just have to learn that patience, experience and education are key to all of this. This is the main reason why most "breeders" have a shelf life of 1-3 years...they get burned out if they jump in too quickly. I don't blame them...this is a lot of work but that's the difference between a breeder and a fancier. A breeder should be a breeder for life, not just when it's convenient. After all, a TRUE BREEDER chases a truly unattainable goal...absolute perfection...and that's something that's worth taking a lifetime to accomplish. Reminiscing over the late great American Bully legend, Magoo, I came over these pictures of one of my recent productions and Magoo as a puppy (swipe right to see Magoo as an adult). PitKrew's "Brody" (Onyx x Tundra) may not be a legend yet but he is definitely starting off on the right foot. We will never forget the impact that the legend Magoo has left on our program! Got some sad news yesterday. I was informed that the American Bully Legend, Kings Gate's "Napoleon Bonaparte" AKA "MAGOO" passed away last year (2016). Many of you who have been around this breed long enough may remember him gracing the Mugleston Pitbull Farms website but, to me, Magoo was much more than just another stud. He was always more than just @icemanthebully's grandfather. He was the dog that opened my eyes to the potential that this breed had. A dog that literally lacked nothing, he was as structurally and mentally sound as any dog I've come across in my time on this Earth. There are MANY reasons why we chose his blood as the foundation for our breeding program. My heart goes out to my good friend, Paul Scott. I know how much Magoo meant to Paul...he was more than just a means to his side-hustle or top stud, he was his best friend. I will never forget the time I was able to spend with Magoo while visiting Paul. Having this big beautiful beast rest his head on my lap at night as he took a nap is still, to this day, one of the highlights of my career as an American Bully breeder. RIP to the ORIGINAL MAGOO...you will be dearly missed but never forgotten! Your legacy will live on here at @PitKrewKennels. ✊️
