The Sims 4: "Tiny" High School

Since the buildings in this school are relatively small (100 tiles or less), it feels full and lively at almost all times. This high school comes with an outdoor pool and basketball court as well as music, woodshop, and science rooms! There are a ton of skill building activities here to get your teen sims ready for uni!

The Sims 4: Teen Party House

This house is the home of the "cool parent" and their two flashy teens, who may be a little spoiled. The teens are popular and loved by Copperdale students who go to the teens' party home after school/on the weekends after a fun night at the fair. The top floor of the home is ruled by the teens, with two unique bedrooms and an awesome teen hangout room. There is an additional hangout space outside with a bonfire and hot tub! Recently, the family started hosting a new foreign exchange student and renovated the basement into a boho style! This is the ultimate teen party house!

🐺 The Lore: Rory, Lou, and Jacob decided one day that they wanted to expand their educations and join university, but they didn't have the funds to move into dorms, and they didn't really want to leave their beloved werewolf town anyway. When exploring, the gang stumbled upon a huge abandoned factory and decided to "renovate" it into a set of cheap dorms for werewolves and other sims to co-inhabit. 👨🏽‍🎓

⚠️Note: The final version of this build looks different on the gallery!! ⚠️ I play-tested the dorms, and the big metal archway (which was great for aesthetics) prevented sims from entering the building. Also, sims wanted to use the bathroom door as the front door. These issues have been resolved on the gallery version, and the building is completely playable!⚠️
