More than 200,000 people are trapped in the northern Gaza Strip and are facing a real famine and mass extermination. Also, more than a million and a half people are facing the same famine in the southern Gaza Strip.Speak up for them, your voice can make a difference in this unjust world.

NY Liberty Victory Parade, October 24th, 2024
The New York Liberty are the WNBA Champions after a long and difficult season. Today, a victory parade and ceremony was held in Lower Manhattan in the Canyon of Heroes to honor these amazing athletes.
It has been a great year for the league , with record-breaking attendance at all WNBA games, as well as record-breaking viewership. Game 5 of the WNBA Finals averaged an incredible 2.15 million viewers, becoming the largest audience for a finals game since 1999.
So congratulations, New York -- we finally have a winning sports team again! And women's sports are finally gaining well-deserved popularity and recognition.
Farah received a severe head injury after her home was bombed by the occupation last year. It resulted in a fractured skull and brain bleeding, which left her disabled for several months. To continue the treatment of her wound, she needs to evacuate outside of Gaza. However, this is very expensive, and her family is large. They cannot work due to the invasion, and have no way of raising the funds to pay evacuation costs, or to support themselves until evacuation is possible.
Farah’s family has started a GFM campaign, but progress is very slow. Total donations up to now equal less than 1% of their goal, despite being open since April! They will not be able to evacuate, or to survive in the mean time, without your help.
Please share Farah’s campaign by copy-pasting this link across all your social media pages. Reblogging this post and the posts on Farah’s blog @farahyounis is also a huge help.
Please help Farah and her family survive and evacuate to safety!
Thank you❤️

Gaza has an eastern Mediterranean climate, which includes hot, dry summers and cool, wet winters. Nighttime winter temperatures can easily go below freezing. While this may not seem urgent for healthy, grown adults, it can actually be quite dangerous. Especially for small children, the elderly, and sick and malnourished people—which, after more than a year of constant famine and massacres, includes all of Gaza.
Last year, many people in Gaza were martyred due to hypothermia, particularly small children. The Abu Alwan twins Saba and Qusay were born in springtime 2024, they have never gone through winter before. They have no good weather clothing, and because they are also sickly and malnourished, they are extremely vulnerable to hypothermia.
Please help Saba, Qusay, and their 4 y/o sister Ghina withstand the coming winter. Just a single item of warm clothing for infants costs nearly $50 USD, the family needs your support to be able to afford winter clothes for the children!
You can support the family in 3 different ways:

Families in Gaza are starving because of Israel blocking resources from entering. The consequences of childhood starvation are severe and deadly, both immediately and long term. Malnutrition weakens your immune system and leaves you more vulnerable to infectious diseases, and makes it harder for your body to fight the illness, so the chance of severe illness from common illnesses is higher. Even completely treatable illnesses can kill you when you’re starving and don’t have access to medical care. This combined with lack of clean and safe drinking water is extremely dangerous, especially for the children. Malnutrition stunts your growth, affects your development and heightens risk of serious health problems for the rest of your life. Being underweight and suffering from malnutrition makes you cold more easily, and more vulnerable to hypothermia.
Can you imagine as a parent having to witness your child suffering like this? Fearing for your children’s lives from what would usually be a relatively minor illness? Hearing them cry from hunger because the occupation is starving them? This is every parents worst nightmare, but for Ahed this is reality.
Ahed has three beautiful young daughters under 10 years old. 9 year old Fatima “the closest to (Ahed’s) heart and my little one”, 6 year old Iman “the friendly, kind, and loving child who is loved by everyone” and little Nour, who is only one year old and has barely got to experience peace in her short life.
He campaigns every day to get attention for his campaign to feed them and keep them warm and hopefully evacuate when the border opens. We have the power to help Ahed and his little children survive this. Food prices in Gaza are extremely high and it’s difficult to even get water. Ahed and his family do not have adequate shelter from the cold. Donations can help him buy food and clothing and blankets for his children to keep them warm in the winter They’re already suffering so much from the sounds of bombs and repeated displacements, starvation and infectious diseases is another cruel consequence of the occupations genocide in Gaza.
I know he is scared and exhausted from asking for help for this, but he keeps going because his children are his whole world, and like any parent he would do anything to save them. This is his hope. I believe it’s our job, as the people who support and care about palestinians lives, to make sure the people who reach out for help know that the world hasn’t forgotten them. Please show Ahed that the compassionate people of the world will help him
they only have €7,153 raised out of the 40,000 goal. Anything you send will help a lot ❤️

Hello everyone, Thank you for reading my story. I'm Ahmed Sadeq, I'm 30 years old, a Palestinian from Gaza.
Before the war, our life was full of happiness, where l worked for on online news newspaper.
I was preparing for my wedding to partner Hadeel which was going to take place in December 2023, I was also preparing our house for us to live in
Afrer the start of the war on Gaza, I lost my job due to constant internet outage.
Unfortunately, I lost the house in which I intended to live with my wife, Hadeel.
I had ro get married without a wedding and lived in modest tent.
We were able to leave Gaza to Egypt, with my wife and elderly parents who suffer from" chronic diseases ", by paying the evacuation cost of $5,000 per person.
Now we all live in one house in a modest neighborhood called Arbaeen in Cairo
How Funds Will Be Used:
Basic Necessities:
your generous donation will go toward help us to pay the house rent and meet our basic needs of food, drink, and clothing, in addition to medicine for my elderly parents in Egypt.
None of us have permanent residency in Egypt and therefore we can't work.
Evacuation fees:
The rest of my family members are in tents in the Al_Mawasi area inside Gaza, and you help them meet their basic needs of food, clothing, and drink.
They live in difficult conditions and are surrounded by insects and snakes.
Reconstruction:
My demolished home and my family's home in Gaza.
Your donation, no matter how small, can make a big difference in helping us, our family, and rebuilding our future. Every contribution will go directly to providing us with the support and resources we need

Urgent Call for Help: Every Donation Can Save Us
Dear friends,
I am reaching out to you today with a heavy heart, hoping you can help me and my family through an incredibly tough period. So far, I've only been able to raise 390€ from my campaign, and the last donation I received was five days ago. While I am grateful for the support, we are still in desperate need of more.
My family is in real danger, and we are struggling to afford the basic necessities we need to survive—food, water, and other essential items. Every day is getting harder, and I am left with nothing but hope that you can help us.
If you are able to contribute, even with a small donation, it would make a huge difference in our lives. We need your help now more than ever. Every donation brings us one step closer to a better tomorrow.
Thank you to everyone who has supported us so far. I truly appreciate each and every one of you, and I hope you can continue to stand by us in these trying times.

so i don't make posts like this often. but this morning, (10/20) i was approached by a lovely young palestinian woman in gaza, asmaa (@asmaayyad1) , about sharing her fundraising post.
to all my mutuals and followers, please consider sharing AND donating to asmaa and her campaign.
it hasn't been long, but i have gotten to know her over the last couple of hours to know that the differences between palestinians and myself is zero to nothing.
we are the same age. she is not much older than i am - only 2 months apart. she has a big family, just like me, and is devoted to helping them thrive and seeing them happy.
similar to me, she was a law student. i work in journalism now, but i considered becoming a lawyer as well before life took me down a different path. while i was given the chance to achieve my goals - the israeli occupation dashed her dreams just days before she could make them a reality. the occupation has stolen almost everything from her, except her beloved family and life.
we haven't known each other for long at all, but i already know that asmaa is a sweet, kind and genuine soul.
what is the difference between her and i is that she is struggling to provide for her family of 8 in a warzone, with an active genocide all around her. the occupation is actively trying to kill people who look like her through cutting off all means to essentials, a source of income, as well as constant airstrikes. the siege is endless and on all sides.
asmaa's birthday is in december, and i would love to help her reach her goal before then. she needs all the help she can to get her family out of gaza so they are safe and that she can get the health treatment she needs.
please, if you have any kindness in your heart or want to ACTUALLY make good on your pledge to help palestinians who are in need - please donate to her campaign. reblogging posts does help - but if you really want to make a difference in someone's life - and save a life!!! - even the smallest donation really goes a long way.
let's get asmaa to her goal before december! she is verified and vetted by several known vetters (including @/nabulsi & @/90-ghost). she is about halfway to her goal right now. with your support, we can do it! even if you can't support at this moment, i ask my followers and mutuals to PLEASE reblog this post, and also reblog her main campaign post so it drives traction to her account! thank you for listening to our plea. 🕊️🤍
I am Asmaa, 25 years old, the daughter of this beautiful family of 8 members. … Asma Ayyad needs your support for Help me and my family esca
update (10/21): i spoke with asmaa earlier this morning. she told me that she and her family are safe for now.
but as i'm sure you're all aware, that can change on a dime. there is no safe place in gaza. it's nighttime in gaza as i write this post, which greatly amplifies the risk of airstrikes by the IDF.
please don't ignore her plea. and if you have the means right now to support/donate to her gfm, i encourage you to do so. i can personally vouch for asmaa and say that in the very brief time i have known her she is a dear friend to me and i am praying so fervently for her survival.
i will continue to make weekly/daily updates about asmaa, depending on the frequency/urgency. as you all know, the internet is spotty in gaza, so hearing from her may take hours at a time. i am so so fearful that every text from her may be her last.
but by paying attention to her plight, it doesn't have to be that way. also, i wanted to thank everyone who has reblogged so far. please don't lose sight of our ultimate goal - a free palestine. but in the meantime, you can help families like asmaa's and so many others by sharing their stories and donating to their campaigns.
and i humbly ask everyone to please keep asmaa's family, as well as the families of the martyred and those still suffering under the occupation in your hearts and minds. every donation makes a difference! even a reblog and getting the word out there helps. please don't stop what you're doing. thank you all for your graciousness 🤍
UPDATE (10/23): i've been speaking fairly regularly with asmaa throughout the week, when she can connect to the internet. she gave me permission to share just how difficult the conditions are in gaza right now and the challenges her family is enduring.
keep in mind that winter is almost here in gaza - and many people are homeless and living in tents. there will be rain and possibly flooding, and the dirty water raises the risk of polio and other diseases. imagine having to endure this - while only having NYLON BAGS on your feet. that's right. not even shoes or sandals. NYLON. BAGS.
asmaa told me she is vaccinated - but i don't know if i can say the same for all of her family members, especially her youngest sister.
i'll keep repeating it - but please don't stop sharing asmaa's story with others! even if you cannot personally donate today, getting it out there to others who could does make a major difference.
i have been keeping track of her campaign's progress and i am happy to say that she has been slowly collecting some donations over the last few days - but i would like her to collect even more, especially before winter truly does hit. keep in mind, asmaa may need to withdraw a good chunk of the funds to help her family make it through the winter. the price of essentials in gaza is incredibly high right now thanks to the siege. however, i would love to be able to help her get out of gaza BEFORE winter.
so, can we make it to €30,000 by the end of this week? if each of my followers donates even a bit, plus shares her campaign post, i think we can. don't lose hope!
€26,200 / €45,000 raised so far!

Here's a Palestinian that needs your help. Fadel ( @fadel-aldani1 ) is a 23 year old, currently displaced in Gaza with his family. Before the genocide started, he was a student in Advanced Technology, but his studies have come to a stop because of the tragedy happening in Palestine. I'll be sharing in this post some photos Fadel sent me of what his life is like under the genocide
Because of the Israeli occupation's attack on his land, his house has been destroyed from the bombings. Fadel and his family were injured, and there were very few hospitals that could treat them, since most hospitals have also been reduced to rubble. Fadel is in need of surgery, and it cannot be performed in Gaza due to the lack of resources
Fadel lives in pain every day, with shrapnel inside his body. He urgently needs to be evacuated out of Gaza to receive proper treatment, and the cost of this is very high
On September 19th, he set up a gofundme to cover the costs, but his campaign has been going very slowly, so far raising only €775/€10,000. Please, if you are able to, donate to his campaign, and share it even if you can't donate. His time is running out and he urgently needs our help. even though @hildanasr1 has been fundraising on here for several months and been vetted by mohammed ayesh w gazaevacuationfunds since october 9, her family has barely received any donations.
on top of surviving under constant shelling, losing all sense of stability, living with nine people crammed into a tiny tent afflicted by snakes and insects, struggling to find adequate food every day, and the terror of being pregnant (!!) for the first time when healthcare infrastructure is constantly at the brink of collapse--hilda has to go through the demeaning, frustrating process of navigating tumblr and twitter to ask for help. she endures constant disappointment and annoyance because it's her family's best shot to survive.
this is exhausting. these people are exhausted! what else does she have to do to win our attention and sympathy?

By donating, you are not only helping Nader, but you are saving him and his family.
We have managed to raise €12000 since the beginning of our campaign, and as with any other Palestinian who are fighting for their lives against the oppressors, I do not wish for Nader and his family to succumb to the murderous regime. Please, together we can raise enough so that they can afford for basic necessities as well as for them to be able to escape through the border crossing, once it opens.
We have already dealt with Zionists who attempted to compromise the campaign due to their own vendetta against the Ghazzans, and thanks to you all, we've successfully fough back and won, proving the veracity of this campaign. Please, do not back down. We need everything we can muster to help Nader and his family.
