a hand painted commissioned white cotton tee for Abbey
this was such a fun project, Abbey sent me a color scheme and a paragraph of emojis and left the rest in my hands!
an acrylic and gouache painting on wood with gold leaf detailing
I created this piece in 2018, and it was one of my first experiences painting on wood. Super different from painting on canvas, the paint glides on the wood so smoooth!

a commissioned back patch for a dear friend of mine!! I hand painted the mouse trap and then hand stitched the rats and a few other details.
receiving other people’s ideas and being able to turn them into something tangible is always such an amazing feeling
here is a commissioned flyer that I created in April of 2019 for Veni Vidi Velo PDX, more information here. it was so great to have so much creative freedom and encouraging support from the amazing staff at V3. what a lovely, empowering company. if bike camping is something you enjoy, I’d definitely recommend checking these guys out, they have really amazing experiences to be a part of!
there are two photos here, the former being the original hand painted artwork and the latter being the formatted scanned version. both retain the handmade quality that was very important to me, and I really enjoy the color variation between the two. One is a little more summer-y with bright vibrant colors, and the other is slightly more pastel and seems more like spring. A perfect balance for a month like May that has both feet in two different seasons!!
digitally exploring color options on this illustration I created.
thanks a bunch

a small green acrylic painting on canvas from a few years ago that has now been purchased by a friend of mine. this would a really good painting to recreate on a large scale, hmm, maybe a future project

just a something fun I made!
a portrait of my favorite hot sauce
a commissioned faux leather hand bag I embroidered this year.
the client purchased the bag at a second hand store and allowed me to have free range on the entire process. she wanted it to be a total surprise for her!
one surprise for everyone is that the white thread used in the eye is actually glow in the dark thread and will, obviously, light up in the dark! a secret added bonus
I created my first digital comic this week! It’s about finding the right job and company for you. I hope you enjoy it!
a smattering of my hand painted t-shirts, which are all available here!!
a large scale watercolor on paper I painted.
working on such an expansive sized piece was a great exercise for my brain, since I tend to stick to smaller paintings as I don’t have a formal studio and instead, operate out of my carpeted bedroom.
but, this time, for about two days, I just threw down a drop cloth and let my bedroom function as a full studio until I finished this guy. it was not a pretty set up, as my drop cloth is actually just an ugly Christmas themed table cloth, so I was happy with how fast the work came out.
this piece has been sold!

I absolutely love hand painting fabric! This tote is an example of my work on a smaller scale, as I typically work with t-shirts and jackets, so it was fun to expand my brain a little by shrinking my style.
I’ve been steadily working on my digital drawing skills. Here’s some things I’ve already made this year!

a painting from last year thats still available for sale here
snakes are a huge motif in my work; I’ve always found them to be fascinating. Plus, there’s so much folklore in so many cultures surrounding the snake, and I love how they can symbolize rebirth.
hand carved linoleum cut print I made in 2016, which is actually for sale here!
this imagery appears a lot in my work, these sort of ghost-like creatures. I’m very fond of them, but I feel like they have a little bit more developing and evolving to do before they reach their final form!
