because sinclair is a morally good person and he Will make it known if you do something he does not like. in canto iii dungeon, if you choose to spare inquisitors or hold him back from hurting them in certain events, he WILL be upset. he'll ultimately follow dante's decision, but he absolutely cannot tolerate injustice. in canto v, when ishmael is completely ahabbing out, he is one of the few (aside from dante) who protests against her specifically on moral grounds

what do we know of dante's past self? they're an arrogant piece of shit, essentially, the type who does not have the same moral values that dante has. sinclair is capable of seeing dante for who they are past the clock, but the question is whether he is able to reconcile the executive manager and dante's past self as the same person. when dante inevitably takes the clockhead off, what will sinclair do?

given its been established in canto 9 that many relics we know of are named/based on norse mythological weapons n such. So given that the House on Ash Tree Lane in HOL is the askr Yggdrasil ("ash tree of Yggdrasil") i wonder if it could be considered as a type of relic
