It’s not that I’m less suicidal, it’s that yet again I’ve adapted to the intensity of the thoughts. It’s that yet again I’ve accepted a lower quality of life. I know some people would say its progress as I’m now tolerating extremely intense thoughts and severe depression but I’m in so much pain and I shouldn’t have to have adapted or got used to this. I shouldn’t have to tolerate these thoughts and feelings or accept this quality of life.
