The people implying that Dr Al-Hashimi is incapable of running the ED because of her seizures are crazy to me. She has had this condition since she was a child. This woman practised medicine in a WAR ZONE. She was an attending at the VA.

Maybe the seizures are getting worse or more uncontrolled. But considering that she seems like a responsible person, shouldn't we let HER and her NEUROLOGIST decide when she can't take it anymore?

Maybe we shouldn't take the word of Robby who is looking for any reason to stay. And if pushing out Al-Hashimi because he's decided she's incapable is a good enough excuse, well that decision is quickly made.
