Truth is, most men have, at one point or another, raped a woman. Starts when they are teenagers, sometimes earlier than that, the girl is uncomfortable, they know it, they pressure her into it anyway. Then with the wife, girlfriend, coerced, pressured, harassed, manipulated, intoxicated, into doing things she didn’t want to. Other couples do it ! Come on ! Please, just for me ! I’m not gonna let you sleep if you don’t ! I’m gonna go sleep with someone else ! Look, they do it in porn ! Have a glass of wine ! You might get to enjoy it ! Just try it ! Don’t be so uptight ! Our sex life is boring ! But you promised ! You said yes before ! I’m horny ! Now don’t tell me you’re tired ! The kids, the kids, the kids, what about taking care of your husband ! Come on ! And those are just the tame versions of it, the rapes even the victims don’t see as rape, because it’s the boyfriend, it’s the husband, it’s coerced, she “gave in”, “it’s her duty”, “she’s withholding sex and thats a form of abuse” they say. What about rape by deception ? “Rape by deception is a crime in which the perpetrator has the victim’s agreement and compliance, but gains it through deception or fraudulent statements or actions.” Oh, you mean when a man pretends he wants to have a long term relationship with a woman, sticks his penis in her and then dumps her like a piece of garbage ? On to the next one. He knows she would never agree to it if she knew what it was about, so he lies and manipulates to get her consent. Thats is rape by deception by definition. And those who rape intoxicated women. They always want to buy us a drink, don’t they ? Lower our inhibition. Makes us easier to get, when we don’t have a clear mind. You think they don’t know ? And those wives and girlfriends, raped while they were alseep, by the men they trusted enough to share a bed with. And those who go seek poor women and buy their “consent” through prostitution. Then you have the most violent rapists, the most obvious rapists, who are often the same men who rape more subtly, the same husbands, boyfriends and friends that women put their trust in. Then you have the men who rape children, other men and also animals. The same men who look oh ! so “normal” ! Then you have the pornographic videos they watch of women being abused. They tell their wives “all men do it !” when they get caught. The list goes on. So, chances are, most if not all men have done that. Even your precious brothers, sons, boyfriends and fathers.
