Drew this a few months ago but I’m very proud of the way it turned out. Stippling (dotted technique) is a ink technique that I come to very naturally, so I love when I can try a piece without it that ends up looking very satisfactory. This is based off of a calf I knew, he suffered heat exhaustion late summer and didn’t make it. I truly saw the stars in his eyes before he died; he was gone before his body died.
