there’s  a  twist  of  her  lip  as  she  tries  to  imagine  it…  maybe  she’s  seen  it  once  or  twice,  but  –  it  wasn’t  like  what  she  did  was  TIME  TRAVEL,  so  she  was  more  or  less  seeing  the  ’  modern  ’  things.  but,  some  people  LIKED  the  retro  kind  of  thing,  so  maybe  there  were  still  people  that  used  BUTTONS  or  whatever,  ❝    ooh,  you  mean  like  those  FLIP  PHONES  or  something  ?  yesh,  i  get  it  –  you’re  old.    ❞  she  jokes  with  a  slight  smile  on  her  face.

❝    i  made  breakfast.  i’m  sure  you’re  HUNGRY.    ❞    america  says  with  raised  eyebrows  as  she  chews  on  a  pancake.  the  girl  wasn’t  a  great  cook,  but  it  wasn’t  like  making  some  pancakes  and  eggs  were  HARD.  she  could  try  –  especially  for  someone  that  looked  like  they  needed  a  meal,    ❝    vamos  –  before  it  gets  cold.    ❞    / @supremestrangeness​

she  feels  kind  of  bad  for  bringing  up  the  topic…  she  should  have  known  she  wasn’t  the  only  one  who  had  lost  people  –  not  with  the  kind  of  profession  stephan  had  described  her  about  the  avengers.  really,  she’s  witnessed  more  death  than  she  would  have  liked,  though  america  doubts  that  was  going  to  be  end  of  it.  

❝    sorry…    ❞  she  starts,  arms  crossing  on  her  chest  –  mentally  punching  herself  for  bringing  up  something  that  was  still  hard  for  the  other.    ❝    i…  understand  how  you  feel,  however,  ❞  she  says  with  a  slight  shrug…  not  wanting  to  talk  about  it  herself,  but  she  did  want  to  let  spider-man  know  that  he  wasn’t  alone.    ❝    i  don’t  have  a  family  either.  ❞

still would like a thread or something where someone talks to america about what happened before endgame. she would literally lose her mind.
