[ Hey guys! First off - Thanks for all the messages and the concerns I got while I was away. They were very sweet to stumble upon when I logged back in.

Okay. Let’s be clear and say I’m really sorry for vanishing off the face of the earth like that during the month of December.

Things came up and I had to attend to them. Mostly related to family and school stuff. Not only that but I now have to do OJT (on the job training) in order to qualify for graduation as this (2016) is my final year and I need to do +400 hours before the end of April. That and with projects and thesis also needing to be done... yeah. It’s a busy 2016 for me. As a result, any threads I had in the past with others will have to be dropped unless those I had them with are willing to wait a bit longer or let me know they want to continue it. I’m really sorry for this but I’m not in the headspace right now for any of my characters’ voices.

I’ll try to be more active during the coming weekends but it’s safe to say during the weekdays I’m busy as a bee as all my free time as it work or working on my projects. Thank you for your understanding and please take care of yourself! ]

[ hi guys! sorry for being so slow in this blog and in morgan’s blog (portending) and nikolai’s blog (retributior) - the holidays are being especially harsh and i’ve been helping a friend finish one of their projects for their client the last two days so i’ve been trying to juggle that and everything else and it’s been bit of a struggle.

as a result i’m going on semi-hiatus on all three blogs for the next five days since not only am i helping my friend but in a few hours, i’m heading off to japan for vacation. we’ll be doing a lot of traveling so not a lot of chance to go on the internet. i’ll try to do replies when i have the chance but wanted to give a heads up!

The Vanguard were actually interested in a wayward Guardian, or so she assumed. Who else would be looking for a Guardian who had wandered too far from their path? Mara had never really heard of them wanting to track down a runaway Guardian… unless they were causing trouble. That made the Queen just a little uneasy, especially if the Outpost––a place right under her nose––was this specific Guardian’s chosen hideout.

Mara leaned forward in her seat, a show that she was interested, that she was listening a little more closely that before. The mention of Brother Vance made her wonder if the Warlock had simply changed allegiances; the Cult of Osiris was made up of people who had once been Guardians, after all.

“Guardians wander all the time, and if she has been here, then she sounds as though she may be fine. But I can assume you, or whoever decided this search is needed, knows her better than I. Is there some sort of… concern about her so-called disappearance?” she asked.

         “Umm…”

It was up to Morgan and her group to find out what had happened to the missing individual and why it had happened in the first place. And that, to her, meant she had to be honest as possible to get answers back from others in hopes of getting their cooperation.

Besides she didn’t feel like she can keep a straight face or keep her voice from cracking from nervousness if she had tried to lie. At least the Queen hadn’t outright rejected the request. That was a positive sign. Right?

         "She was on a… crucial mission." She winced at how that sounded anticlimactic that response was, Arthur’s nodes twitching by her side as if sensing her nerves, but didn’t know what else to have said. It was what she and the others were told when being briefed and, at the time, it was enough for the Warlock.

It was only then she realised it may not be enough for the Queen.

         "And, if it means anything to you, I-I know her personally,” she added out of impulse, ignoring the sharp way Arthur’s optic looked over here. “The missing Warlock. I can’t imagine her disappearing the way she had to trigger this search. Not when she was making headways with her mission at hand as we were told. Something must have happened to her and we need to find out why."

She wanted to find out why. No more and more less; Guardian's honour, Queen.
