The path to power is a slow grind (unless you paid for subscription lol)
dude star wars is so good and/or bad and/or mediocre sometimes, depending
Malavai Quinn, my original sin...
I realized he is entirely responsible for my "questionable taste" in fictional men. And it's probably his fault I loved Agent Kallus almost from the first episode of Rebels...
Also, betraying a Sith Lord takes a unique kind of arrogance.
chat, I need answers
can Theron Shan cook?
no, he eats dry instant spoodles straight from the packet
yes, but also thinks burnt food is just activated carbon
do you want a new kitchen that badly?
premade burgers, frozen dumplings, that sort of things
normal cooking proficiency (only burns a pot occasionally if deep in datapad)
has once entered a Space Master Chef for an undercover mission and won
your variant
we're never getting out
the midichlorian is the powerhouse of the jedi
The Jedi classes and having the weight of the entire galaxy rest in your frail, small hands, and everyone turning to you for any answer, even when you never asked for this, but if you won't save them, who will?
The Sith classes and getting fucked over and over and over again and being stepped on and blamed for things out of your control, forcing you to become the bigger dog in any way possible just so everyone else will leave you the fuck alone
Consular vs Inquisitor and being a symbol to something that was never your fight in the first place. Warrior vs Jedi and being sent as a living weapon to every corner of the galaxy.
Bounty Hunter vs Smuggler and getting wrapped up in a fight that was never your own, forces bigger than you forcing it to become personal just because you were the one there. Trooper vs Agent and laying your life and honour bare for a system that would betray you as soon as it's done using you.
I might be going insane.
So when Anakin Skywalker was a Jedi he looked like this
But turning to the dark side changed his physical appearance. Most notably his eyes, which became yellow (a very typical Sith transformation in many species)
And while I know that Wookies are not supposed to be able to be force sensitive and therefore cannot become Jedi or Sith, all I am saying is that
.... You know?
There is literally no way I could have guessed where this post was heading
Idk where you got the idea that wookies can't be jedi or sith
The Grinch is definitely a sith
The crown jewel and the golden child of the Jedi order.
Portrait practice from refs - my swtor malgus server Knight & Consular
headcanon that star wars tech is not only basically magic, but actual, in-universe magic — as in, it relies on the force.
castellan restraints are to a mind trick what a burning candle is to a wildfire (different in scale and different of fuel, but a flame is a flame) and cipher 9 broke them through the aid of watcher x's ghost. the genetic engineering programme that produced the watchers created seers, the trapped star cabal recording that near-killed them was cursed, and kilik hive mind and joiner mechanics function through forcebonds and
Jedi Consular voice: "On the subject of war, I cast nuh-uh."
vader every time he came across 3po and r2 during the war probably
commission for @shadydonuthideout-blog 🖤❤️
okay i have to confess i haven't finished any other route (though I'm close to finishing Consular), but Jedi Knight makes me so insane, because it's just so compelling and so horrifying. Something that only fully processed for me on my most recent playthrough, is that the Knight has been trained from a young age specifically for combat. the Knight has been raised not as a Jedi, but an attack dog. A warrior, a soldier. Someone who can lead, who can stomach getting blood on their hands.
and the contrast between the Jedi Knight route and Consular makes even more stark. In JK, the player is only awarded once they've killed the Emperor, years after they've left Tython. That's when they're granted the rank of Jedi Master. But for Consular, by the end of the first chapter/start of the second, you're named Barsen'thor and a Jedi Master on the Council (I think?). And it's entirely because, by design of the gameplay, the Consular is the right kind of Jedi. The diplomat, the pacifist. So you're rewarded. The Knight isn't, because they're more of a soldier than a Jedi ("we're peacekeepers, not soldiers").
You are fundamentally wrong in the eyes of the Jedi Code.
You never had the option to be anything else.
someone told me a while ago if swtor ever did cross class romances then they’d love one with zenith and the imperial agent and i didn’t pay much attention to what they meant but it clicked suddenly. like. ohhh. ohhhhhhh. oh?
how sweet that a semi-romanced theron hopes you're having one long wonderful dream with him in it during your time in the carbonite when in reality you have valkorion in your ear ranting about grabbing the means of production. this game is a comedy
