Komaru , I know it feels like you’re falling behind but please believe me when i say everyone works at their own pace and it may seem like you’re falling behind but you’re going at your own pace correct? You shouldn’t rush yourself but take things at your own pace , it may seem like you’re going too slow but trust me you aren’t you’re moving at your own pace and it just takes a little longer (Apologizes if this isn’t helping ;; ) 

Hey if things are overwhelming & take from your energy  why not do small things for yourself?! take a day Treat yourself to a day of comfort and relaxation where you just enjoy yourself i would suggest taking a bubble bath,Making slime,Eating healthy foods etc. (Things that will make you feel better!!)

Your heath no matter what the school or your parents say is way more important then school,missing school is okay if it’s for your mental health.i can’t tell you how many times I have taken days off for Such.Taking days off for your mental health is normal and though many people (mosty parents) will push it off as you being lazy and just not wanting to do the work it’s okay,some people just don’t get it.

You may want to go to the school counselor to help with said delusions and if your nervous maybe bring a friend.but if you can’t at this time it’s okay.it would just be a big step that you could take

Hello! May I have some positivity please? I'm Ibuki, and yesterday I got into a huge argument with my Mom. I got a panic attack in the middle of it, and she said a lot of things that made me feel upset. It's not all her fault, though. It's mine too, not just her. But it made me feel really bad since she knows I have really bad depression, and just.. Yeah. I have outbursts a lot. But our relationship is shit right now, and Idk.. Feel free to ignore this if it's too much!! -Mod ★

Hey ibuki , as someone else who goes through outbursts and gets in fights with their mother alot i feel i can help you out, i’ll put this in subsections First will be about your outbursts / Panic Attacks , Then i’ll move onto The argument and after how you can try and rebuild your relationship with your mother, i want you to know that you are not in the wrong , it was a small argument and you shouldn’t feel guilty for anything and since i wasn’t there i cant judge how bad it was but i will try and give you my help (Advice under the cut)

Outburst / Panic Attacks. If you ever find yourself having an outburst or a panic attack i would suggest removing yourself from the situation / saying something along the lines of “hey im getting upset can i please leave?” If you are unable to do any of these things i would suggest simply trying a breathing exercises by taking deep breaths in and out to calm yourself down / If that doesn’t work for you as it doesn’t for myself i would suggest thinking about things that make you happy such as your friends / pets(if you have any) / general things that make you smile. if that still doesnt work and you have to remove yourself to the situation then just leave and once you are away from the situation text whoever you were talking to and say “Hey im taking a break i’m sorry if i upset you.”  or something along those lines (My apologies if i don’t completely understand) 

The argument.   I Don’t wanna bud in here or anything so i dont have much advice or what to say here, but since you said the argument was bad why don’t you go talk to your mother about how it made you feel? And how it might’ve made her feel? and talk it over with each other in a civilized manner? (Again apologies if this part didn’t help much) 

Rebuilding the relationship.  This is just an idea and it is what i myself do, why don’t you offer to hang out with your mother? So you two may get closer , it could be as simple as watching TV together or going out for tea/coffee/etc. or maybe just have a little chat about what you enjoy doing and the things you like and the things she likes so you two may get closer! (sorry if this doesn’t help much)
