The most powerful tool you have is your response. How you choose to respond to each and every situation you experience is how you create your reality. The universal Law of Attraction is such that what you hold inside of you, what vibration you focus on, is what you experience, what you create.

Thus, your response to your creations is how you either confirm, yes this is what I want and I agree or to be in a state of non-judgment as you see what is release and fade away. If you do not give emotion to something you do not desire, it will not return to your experiencing.

Advice for a solid 2015?

+ focus on feeling as good as possible, as often as possible

+ be mindful of whether you are focused on what you want, or the lack of it (very different vibes)

+ let go of the need to control others

+ practice, be patient and gentle with yourself

+ tone your mind like a muscle, to look for positive aspects of every situation

+ take care of yourself first, without apology

+ practice loving yourself and loving others, unconditionally

+ laugh everyday
