Okay, but consider this: What if your purpose is to smile at the checkout girl at the market and thank her for bagging your meat separately from your produce? What if your purpose is to say have a nice day to the kid in the drive through when he hands you your order? What if your purpose was to trim the verge around your neighbor’s tree since you trim your side anyway. What if kindness were the grandest purpose and you could achieve that in a thousand little acts of greatness?
