We women have the incredible power to give life. It requires sacrifice and risk, and sometimes, death, painful loss and separation.
The new US abortion laws have shown an increased birth rates in some southern states that ban abortion, and an increase in abortions in progressive states like California and Massachusetts. It's hard to sort through it all.
The anti-abortion zealots who want abortion banned in the USA have the unconscious/hidden agenda to:
Control women, girls and the miracle of giving birth. Insure a plentiful supply of: poor people to serve in the military and work low wage jobs; infants for adoption; poor women to serve as surrogate mothers.
It's all about controlling our bodies. As someone who has experienced every reason to seek an abortion, and every reason not to, making abortion illegal will never succeed. Wealthy women have access to abortion for more than a century, and continue to do so.

I'm the Justice Jackal at the Statehouse in Boston a few years ago as an advocate for criminal legal reform. That guy reading my info is a state representative or senator. The shirt reads "I prey on people who are poor, brown-skinned, mentally ill and addicted." That's who fills up our prisons with repeat offenders.
Dedicated activists for criminal legal reform. Sometimes you need a costume to get attention. After 5-6 years of visiting the Statehouse and meeting with electeds, I was tired of talking. Words are cheap, watch the feet. There's a great book on it called "Beautiful Trouble," on how to use creativity to get attention for your cause. It's a gender neutral beast, of course.
