Jimmy Olsen's age is crazy cause if you assume Batman and Superman have been around for 20 years or so in-universe, he would have to be like 35~36 by now. I can kind of buy Fraction Jimmy as a guy in his 30s who's just naturally baby faced and immature for his age, but then other writers/artists write and draw him like he's 2 decades whole younger than Clark and I lose my mind
The only way I'll accept the idea that Metropolis is in Delaware is if Metropolis is a borderline Singaporean type city-state within the US union and the rest of the state of Delaware is just barely inhabited land mass surrounding it or it's a federal district of some kind
Urbanization in the Northeast Corridor probably goes insane with NYC, Metropolis and Gotham all being right next to each other. They got to have that Tokyo shit going on

Is it a hot take to say Two-Face being a mid-level mob boss is the worst of both worlds for him? Like he should either be a murderous vigilante or the biggest crime-lord in Gotham and DC's equivalent to Wilson Fisk, no inbetween. Though ideally he starts as the former before transitioning into the latter
There's so much more story potential in Harvey being top crime-lord post-Falcone that I'm not sure why no one has really committed to it, like I guess it would be 'against' Harvey's moral convictions pre-acid, but wouldn't that make it more interesting? Instead of Two-Face just being another wacky gang leader doing crime for the sake of it, he would be trying to fill a vacuum that he specifically created
It opens the door for both a great dichotomy between both alters, aswell as a mirror to Bruce. 'Good' Harvey would be trying to control crime and using his underworld resources to protect Gotham's lower-class communities, while 'bad' Harvey is essentially just a teenager living out a power fantasy. It's so easy to make it work, why are we letting Batman's second greatest villain be mogged by a b-lister like Black Mask?
I always get huge whiplash from DC's official timelines cause I always think the Justice League should only form about 4-5 years after Superman's debut, but then I look and it's like NOPE, everyone debuted in the same year and the Justice League formed shortly after. At that point just have Robin debut in Year One why don't you?
I agree but what about other cities? I'd get rid of Los Angeles and San Francisco since Coast City and Star City make them redundant, I'd keep Chicago though

keep: chicago, detroit, baltimore, el paso, philadelphia, dallas, boston, san/sub diego, pittsburgh
IMO Central City and Keystone City should both be in place of Kansas City, them being twin cities within the Missouri-Kansas border is too essential to remove. Otherwise, this is so real
Alot of things in the DC Universe make more sense once you embrace it's own universe distinct from ours and just start headcanoning that things simply work differently over there
Harvey Dent getting elected DA at only 26-27? They still give out 4 year undergrad law degrees at university
Hal Jordan becoming a test pilot at only 23-25ish? There's no requirement for you to need a degree to join the Air Force
Gotham supposedly being in New Jersey but having elected District Attorneys unlike any real life NJ county? The municipal governments of Gotham, Metropolis, etc just have more autonomy than any IRL city in the US
Circuses and newspapers still being in fashion? Sure why not
If I was Geoff Johns, I would've just said Hal got premature grey hair in his early to mid 30s not from some evil space bug, but simply from being in the presence of Guy Gardner 24/7
I love how Hamilton Hill is one of the biggest Batmythos glup shittos that keeps showing up in things despite never being anything other than a minor character, generally only being there when they need a generic corrupt politician (outside of BTAS). There's no reason for them to do so instead of just making up their own character that fills the same role, but I hope this trend continues
It's probably too late to establish at this point, but I do wonder if MAWS will reveal that Clark and Lex actually knew each other this whole time and were once friends in Smallville growing up. Like it would be genuinely insane to make Lex in his early 20s and only just starting out as a business CEO but not do that. The real reason why Lex was no longer Clark's childhood friend during the 80s-90s was because a 25 year old self-made billionaire was basically unheard of in a pre-Zuckerberg world so they aged him up to Perry White's age
If they do reveal that they knew each other all along, they should explain the reason for why Clark didn't immediately recognize Alex is because Lex grew up bald in Smallville and he has been wearing a wig this whole time

If DC were good at worldbuilding, NYC would either not exist or just be Manhattan and Gotham is the end result of Long Island producing it's own major metropolitan city (hell). Meanwhile Metropolis is Cleveland, Ohio if it won the lottery and became the American Toronto
General Ross and Sam Lane are very similar characters, but the difference between them is that Ross will stick it out even if the public turns on him cause he's driven by his own self-righteousness above all else, while Lane will go out like a little bitch in the same scenario cause his reputation is all he has to self-justify his actions
