Noctis/Traitor Trio; Space AU/sleep intimacy
Noctis managed to stretch out to touch all three of them, from where he was nestled up against Axis’ chest. The interstellar kingdom of Lucis was gone, he was almost all that was left.
They had served in the military, of course. But he didn’t blame them, for everything that had happened. And he’d fallen in with them, as he struggled to take care of the refugees in the wake of Insomnia’s destruction. He was a prince of a broken people, doing his utmost, his power stretched out through the stars, ferrying ships.
It drained him terribly, but he could keep the Lucian Refugee Fleet out of the reach of all those who sought to break them as they sought a new homeworld. Most of their ships could reach hyperspace on their own of course. But he was the last living soul to have the crystal blood, able to reach out and pull the fleet through Crystalspace. Practically untraceable, and faster. Cheaper.
There in the dark, his veins gleamed with power. As all princes of Lucis, his heart had been replaced at a young age with a chunk of organic crystal carved from the throne itself. When they found a homeland, he’d have to carve out some of his own heart to start growing the next.
Bits of his blood, and the nanomachines that maintained it, flowed through the veins of the three men around him, along with a few of his most trusted in the fleet. Allowing them access to more limited psychic powers, allowing them to link to him.
Though none as close as these three. And even still, being able to feel their minds when he woke, he couldn’t help but seek out their touch. Until he’d fallen in love with them, fallen into bed with them. He had rarely touched another soul, even his closest friends. He couldn’t get enough of it, now.
