Victorian 3-Tone Covers Repository

My website has a new page!

It's displaying covers from what is often considered the Golden Era of Book Cover Art, aka mid 19th to early 20th century. Book cover are a very fascinating topic to me, as is book binding as a whole. I will eventually (when I actually figure it out) make a guide as to how to create your own covers in that style. Additionally, I will have a section on the actual history of the designs of these covers, and more information about the materials, dyes and tools used in the manufacturing of those covers that made them stand out from covers at any other point in history. Until then, the repository serves as source of inspiration for designers all over the web.
